The owner and his family are incredibly welcoming and hospitable - they cook food if you want, and he even drove us to the bus stop. The place is simple but cosy, and the upstairs area has some nice views over the nearby fields. Note that it is located on the countryside, meaning that countryside sounds (roosters, dogs) can be expected.
All-in-all a nice place and great value for money!

The owner was friendly and welcomed us during our stay. The place requires a bit of a walk from the national road but it is a good value for money. It was near the ShipHaus and it costs around 25 pesos from the Chocolate Hills' entrance. We got two fan rooms which had great ventilation so it was not hot during our stay. The bed was very comfortable and there is a (hot and cold) water dispenser on the balcony. There were sari-sari stores around the area. We also got some toiletries, towels, blankets, cups, and utensils to use.
You can also order some breakfast here for a reasonable price.

Wonderful charming room with nice view over the rice fields. Extremely nice and calm owner. Very tasty vegetarian food at a fair price. Overall, fantastic value for money! Salamat!

Everything was perfect. It was a long motorbike ride from Tagbilaran city. The location is very close to chocolate hills. The owner was super friendly and the meals she cooked were delicious. I hope I can stay here again.

Overall, everything was good. However, bathrooms had no proper shower, just a bucket to be filled with water. Limited amenities but everything was quite clean.
On the other hand, service was great. We got a proper tasty Filipino breakfast and the lady was very kind and attentive. Also, local shops and restaurants are nearby and it's a short ride from Chocolate Hills. Good value for money.
