I just don't like the experience at the front when an older man( notsoOld) asked for any amount and the tone is not requesting but ordering to give him money, no problem with sharing but the approached is way scary ,Thankfully there is always police mobile standby at the area.

Very considerate security guards. Fast service and very accommodating teller named Love. She is lovey indeed.

Has a wide parking space good for atleast 4 vehicles.

Service is normal for a bank. Parking is bad in addition to its location, its very hard if client is coming from Centennial Rd or Bisita/Yengco.

Worst BPI branch with the slowest employees ever. If I studied finance in university and learned how to do the things they do I'd be able to finish my transaction before the employees here can

Had been calling multiple times on their telephone yet nobody answer. Napaka bagal. Almost 2-3hrs bago ka ma assist to open new accounts then when I go back to take my atm after one week(as advise) only to find out na hindi pala pa pala ready(or nawala ata nila, nobody even bother to check)
Almost one hour wasted tapos wala palang mapapala. Totally not acceptable!

NAPAKABAGAL NG SERVICE. 9:30AM AKO DUMATING, 11AM NA KO NAKAPASOK NG BANK PERO PILA PA DIN. 🤷🏽‍♀ Pati yung “priority” ang tagal ng pinipila.

ANG LALA, UBOS ORAS MO.

Bababaan ka ng telepono dito kapag tumawag ka. Di ka man lang patapusin sa mga tanong mo.

Mabagal na nga kapag pumila ka, napakasama pa ng ugali ng makakausap mo kapag tumawag ka.

Super bagal! Nakakairita!!!! Abutin ng siyam-siyam bawat transaksiyon! Pwede ba e-improve nyo naman serbisiyo niyo! Buwisit!!!

Sobrang hirap tawagan. Tagal sumagot. Most of the time, no answer.
