There's a queue but it's normal, now system was good.

When I opened an account in this bank, I literally waited for more than an hour just to enter the bank and when I did I had to wait for another 45 mins to be attended. The tellers are working way too slow and the guards are really rude. I tried to use the unavailable ATM (there's no signage saying it's unavailable that time) and there's this guard just beside me who did not even had the initiative to inform me about the ATM. Literally the worst BPI branch I've went in. But closest to home so had no choice. But the teller who assisted me was kind enough so 3 stars atleast

Customer service is very slow.

Withdraw sana ako kaso walang na labas n. Pera sa atm machine then pag tingin ko bawas na Yung Pera ko Wala naglaman atm acc.

Made an inquiry yesterday Aug 9 @10am requested for a document (property) to Ms Melissa since I was in a hurry left my email address but until now no email was send (already check spam). The office number listed in the google page is not working as well. Maybe other bank is better for assistance.

Update - Todate, August 15 after reaching the office number last thursday August 11 (got the phone number from bpi helpdesk) no feedback or response from Ms Melissa until now regarding the document I asked. I was told to wait since they are getting the document in other office (insurance company). Maybe other BPI branch is effecient.

Sobrang tagal ng service. Customers are made to wait outside due to social distancing protocols...but the tent has gaping hole (under the sun). Three-Four hours na pero hindi naandar customer service lane. Branch Manager doesnt even go outside to at least appease the customers.

Please change our system. You are not valuing your customer's time.

No comfort room for customers accdg to the guard. Sumakit puson ko. Will never use this branch again when my transaction could take time.😌

The worst BPI branch. Waited from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM just to get atm card. They apply safety protocols inside but they don't seem to care people piled up outside waiting for their queues.

What's more disappointing, the teller is constantly looking on her phone while working on my transaction. That afternoon, she asked me to go back to their branch due to wrong input.

The service is alarming kasi sobrang bagal a regular transaction takes up to an hour the reason for people piling up outside. Di ko lang sure kung sinasadya or old school yung process nila. Pero I'm leaning towards sa sinasadya kasi sobrang alarming. I mean they couldn't careless if hindi ka nila ma process today so they wouldn't have to be quick about it every transaction and can do it on there own pace.

There should be no reason why your clients need to wait for 2 hours for a transaction with your CS Team. Mas mabilis pa paghihintay sa Voter's Registration at aa NBI.
