the guards are accomodating

Customer Service is good, the staff are very accommodating, even the guards offers help. I'd give 5 stars if the queuing lessens. I arrived there at around 10am, and waited 45 minutes before I got accommodated, but that's ok with me since I wasn't in a hurry and it's comfortable there.

2hrs of waiting on the queue for just simple transaction. Hope you can value your customers time as well.

Worst service ever...waiting for more than 2 hours.

this is a fake email i do not want them hassle my transactions. this is not my 1st time at this branch and as i had experience the last time same scenario i had experience the worst customer service i have ever experience in my life the agent is in rush i mention to her to check the transaction as i got my onkine access lock and already change and do not have access to the number i have on the account other reset password do not work for me.
SLOW LIKE SNAIL they assist guest at their customer service 30-45mins. per customer i arrive at 9:45am i am at #23 while their assisting #9 and still i was assisted at around 12:45pm, I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO CANCEL all of may account with this company not just because of their slow service but because of their UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE CHARGE WHENEVER I DEPOSIT FUNDS on may account i deposited 9k to my checking account and they penalize me 300PESOS... " I ALREADY GAVE YOU MY MONEY AND THIS COMPANY ASK FOR MORE FOR TAKING SERVICE CHARGE FOR DOING A DEPOSIT " for the freaking service that i patiently waited in long line in your growded branch with sofa that is not comfortable just for you guys to have little more space, you do not care about your customers even if they are not comfortable any transaction with cost penalty do not call it service charge cause we even wasted our time money and life we work hard SO HARD for us to get your service it is not worthy to pay 300 pesos for service that do not exist!!! i have released scheduled withdrawal cheque so i cant cancel my account until the last cheque withdrawn THIS BRANCH IS THE WORST! SPECIALLY THE COMPANY IT SELF!

Monday i called the hotline to ask for the status of my application but the staff said that she will call me after 30 minutes but they dont even call me untill wednesday so i tried to call again but they hang up on me .

Staffs should be more accommodating.
