Evangeline Beach Resort

We actually love the location- although a bit tricky to find but once you familiarize yourself, it’s no biggie. Rooms can be improved, service was okay although sometimes a bit hard to reach an attendant. However, their restaurant was beautifully located. Would definitely come back!

Old house vibes really feels like consistent sa vibes ng Ilocos trip namin, we stayed for 4 days 3 nights and for me it was worth it we didnt bring any food utensils with us so it was really great na may restaurant sa beach front nila

Expect din na compound ng mga resort but no issues kasi during our stay konti lang ang mga guest at safe

The room was clean we even requested na linisin while we eat, staffs were very accommodating tsaka they hired mute/deaf people which was very nice to know

Location wise, madali lang hanapin around 3km from public market i believe when we opt to buy some seafoods para magpaluto

The resort does not have a beach front location but its restaurant does have. We stayed in suite and the room was spacious and the bathroom was unusually huge. The suite was equipped with wardrobe, table and chair and refrigerator and also has some decorative plants. All resort personnel was friendly and helpful, special thanks to Jesse. What was truly fantastic was the cuisine. All dishes we tried were super delicious. The menu is extended with many local specialties.

I didn't stay there, so I can't say anything about the rooms. But the restaurant is fantastic and the staff is very nice. Plus the great view over the beach.

Love this place, the rooms are big. The place is like a native home. Feels homey and they have small pool. I'll call it cozy. They also have a restaurant which serves great tasting food. The best of all, their staff are VERY FRIENDLY

My wife and I really enjoyed our 4 days here at Evangeline. Cozy, homey, super friendly staff especially the hard working Marivel, she is everywhere! The middle and top floor rooms seem the best compared to bottom floor...pool is small but lovely and clean. A little stroll to the beachside restaurant is pleasant, and the food is very good there, we loved it all!! Aside from Kingfisher seems the best place in Pagudpud, and super reasonable we thought. Great job!

Enjoyed our stay in this place. Spacious 2 bedrooms with airconditioners, 2 full bath & shower, livingroom has tv, kitchen with sink, refrigerator and stove. It has private front patio with grill and dinette. Has swimming pool, mini store and restaurant. Beach front location. I highly recommend this place to everyone. The only downside was that I only found 2 small white seashells while beachcombing on 2 early mornings.

Good food and great crew! This place will make you feel at home. It is situated by the beach which makes the experience amazing. It also a romantic place for lovers. In one instance while dining, a couple had their engagement done.

This review is long overdue (visited Nov 2012). On a visit to Bangui Windmills, we accidentally locked the keys in the car. People in the area tried to help unlock it, to no avail.
When we returned to the hotel, we asked staff if they knew of someone who knew how to open locked car doors. They did know someone so they accompanied us to pick him up, then went with us all the way back to the windmills. Unfortunately, the locksmith was unable to open the door. After much discussion, we decided to just break the windows and their staff took care of it.
How they went above and beyond to help us, taking time away from their day-to-day tasks amazes me to this day.

The crew are so nice and very accomodating. The place is relaxing and clean. The resto is soooooo good. We enjoyerld our stay.

If you want a very good food by the beach here is the place to be.. At night if you want to get drunk try the pagudpod sling must try. The palaboc is also super nice.. Serving all good for 3. Hope you enjoy guys!

Value for the money and the rooms has an old Ilocandia feel which is really nice. Beach is a few walks away.
