MPSPC or Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (Main Campus) is located in Bontoc, Mt. Province. It has other campuses in Tadian and another one being built in Barlig, all in Mt. Province. Like all colleges, it caters to a lot of academic fields namely: Teacher Education, Civil Engineering, HRM, Business Administration, Pol-Sci, I.T., Forestry, Criminology and Nursing. A masteral program is also present. Currently, it is under rennovation for its future university hood application.

Bontoc, officially the Municipality of Bontoc, is a 2nd class municipality and capital of the province of Mountain Province, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 24,104 people. Bontoc is 392 kilometres from Manila.
