Unbelievable stay here at the Conrad Manila. The staff goes up and beyond....more than any other hotel!! Not one detail is forgotten. They are there for your every need without asking. The room is modern, clean and one of the best designed that I have stayed in.
The food in every restaurant has been stellar. The breakfast buffet is one of the best you will ever experience.
We have stayed in many 5 star properties throughout the world and this hotel is in my top 5 all time..... the staff is just terrific in every fact. Thank you for such a great experience.

This is my stomping area. When I wanted to rest for awhile. The area isn't crowded and quiet. You can walk peacefully here without a polluted noise. A kind of classy place for me. A lot of restaurants and shops to check. A coffee areas to stay calmly and most of all a great view outside🙂 Lurv here💜

Service: My recent stay with my wife and child was nothing short of awesome. We were greeted with genuine hospitality like the previous reviewer.
They greet you every time you walk past them. Special mention to one staff Czar (see image) who spoke to my wife briefly at check in and suprised us with not one but two birthday cakes as it was our Birthday in a few days.
Rooms: Room was setup perfectly for the three of us and the views was also great. The pool is big enough and very clean with all the amenities you would need.
Location: Conrad Manila is basically a stone's throw away from Mall of Asia, and I'm not talking about some long, sweaty hike. The fact that you can easily walk back to your hotel after a shopping spree saves you the stress of getting your loot back in the hotel. No need to get a Grab or taxi.

A world class luxurious Hotel with the best views in the Philippines. If you can afford it then book it right away.

Staff - Super polite, Super kind. Very helping.

Rooms - Well designed and well equipped with plenty of storage for long stays and very welcoming. Best view of Manila Bay.

Breakfast - Have not seen more options than what I witnessed here. Food is delicious and if you have any dietary restrictions, you will still find plenty to eat.

Place - Connected to Mall of Asia. Easily accessible.

Safety - Very secure. Multiple checks at entry and exit.

Luxury at its best. My wife and stayed here for a few days in 2022 and loved the experience. I Feb 2024 we stayed here again for a full week, because of its location with panoramic views. No hotel does it better. If you seek luxury, impeccable cleanliness, and a staff that anticipates your every need. This is THE hotel. Thank you Conrad Hotel for making our vacation a wonderful one.

Last week, my wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Manila to celebrate her birthday, and our experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the utmost hospitality and warmth, setting the tone for a memorable stay.

The Conrad Manila itself is a marvel of elegance and cleanliness. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and boasted all the modern amenities one could ask for, complemented by breathtaking views of the Manila Bay. We spent there 4 nights. The hotel is located near to Mall of Asia where you can reach through the closed path. The standard of the hotel is very high, everybody are nice although you have to wait to be seated on breakfast (the restaurant is too small). There is also lounge for Hilton members where you can enjoy drinks (not only local) and finger food. Breakfast is also served there for members, but there is less variety. The only one thing that we didn't like was too low temperature on the public spaces.

The rooms were nice and the staff was really great. I can put them on my list of one of the most professional and accommodating hotel staff. Most of them if not all would even greet and smile at you wherever you are at the hotel. The food was awesome. Our son had his wedding reception here, overall a very memorable and wonderful stay.

Absolutely beautiful! Cleanest hotel I have ever been too. They where great even kept our luggage safe after we checked out so we didn’t need to pay another day at the hotel so we could go to the airport later that day

The staff have always been very accommodating to our friends who love to stay at this hotel. They are also very assistive whenever you are in their premises, making sure all customers aren't lost on their way around the hotel, even in the parking lots. The views are also great especially the lobby, you can take a rest while waiting for you to be checked in. Breakfast buffet, very filling. But make sure to take your time enjoying every food little by little so you can try everything from appetizers to desserts. You can also request your preferred dietary drinks at the lounge area.

Conrad is very good and accommodating staff. Thank you to the management that they grant my request to our uncle and auntie for their weeding anniversary. We book them here in Conrad, i think this is our 7th booking. And on March 22,we have booking also,hoping they (the management) upgrade our room 😁😁. The last time we book, they upgrade our room.,before the pandemic. Thank you for that. Staff very accomodating, before they give away a stuff toys. We are suki of conrad 💖💖💖 we have 3 kinds of stuff toys 💖💖💖. We have stuff toys after pandemic with mask 😉😉😉.

We stayed for several days and loved our stay; everyone was very friendly especially Chef Ben who gave us delicious food each time we had our breakfast buffet. Joseph the bartender by the pool was meticulous with our drinks. Great location, near the international airport and connected to Mall of Asia.

Extremely patient and professional front desk staff with a very comfortable and clean room. After enduring multiple long international flights and stale airline meals, we were especially happy we added the hotel's breakfast. The lobby restaurant had great service and ridiculously expansive options for travelers craving fresh and delicious food. It was a feast for the eyes as well!

We had an excellent stay at Conrad Manila. Service was top notch all the way from baggage handling, reception, room service, housekeeping and so on. Everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful. Views were amazing and not to mention it's right next door to Mall of Asia. We stayed here for my partner's birthday and they handled the birthday preparation to perfection. Thanks team for organising our stay, cake and flowers! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Manila.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Central to many destination options. Short walk across the bridgeway to the Mall of Asia. The pool though. The pool was perfect every time of day.

WoRTH all the money and from a 5-StAR Hotel
Great spacious rooms with a nice view and all the possible amenities. The hotel staff is very welcoming and provide awesome hospitality (daily cleaning, quick response to calls).

Location is superb with proximity of the SM Mall, super markets and overlooking the Beach area. There are lots of restaurants in front of the beach which are just across the street from the hotel.

Nice place, key location, excellent staff. Room design quite modern and eloquent. Breakfast selection amazing and especially inspiring to enjoy it outside in the balcony overlooking the bay.

A 5-star hotel in seaside and conference/convention area. The room is well-decorated, clean and provides very comfortable bed with mattress. Amenities in the bathroom are Mojave ghost with relaxing smell and superb quality. The hotel is nearby connected to SM mall Asia.

Stayed in this property for two days and all I can say is wow! Everything is perfect. Our room was upgraded to a bay facing view and in the afternoon its a must to see the sunset. The hotel is very clean, luxurious, the breakfast was great with a wide selection, staff are very courteous, helpful, always willing to lend an extra hand, they always a big genuine smile on their face. You dont have to ask them anything they can anticipate your needs. Remarkable! You can see how they love their job and take great pride in it. From the security, the attendants, life guards, the front desk and the concierge are among the best in the world and I have visited a few Conrad/Hilton overseas. Our stay truly left an impact on me.
