The place is so solemn and peaceful, you could not get stressed there. The crosses that were there especially those ones by the veterans during world war 2, were so symbolic of their heroism and their undying love for our country. Some of the most important people in Philippine History were buried there. Former presidents, vice presidents, Chief Justices, etc.

To go there by commuting, just ride the jeep, Guadalupe to AFP-Housing route.

This place is known as the National Cemetery.. a final resting place to our service uniform personnel of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and later designated to the President, government dignitaries, statesmen and to our National Artist and Scientist who brings honor to the country. Situated within Fort Andres Bonifacio in Taguig alongside the Manila American Cemetery and Memorial.

COVID-19 Pandemic has brought to us so many changes even to the annual time when we get to visit our loved ones who passed away. On new normal, visit cemetery on less people.

Libingan ng mga Bayani is a national cemetery within Fort Andres Bonifacio (formerly Fort William McKinley) in Metro Manila, Philippines. First established in May 1947 as a fitting resting place for Philippine military personnel from privates to generals who served during World War II, it eventually became designated as the official place of burial for deceased Philippine presidents, national heroes, patriots, National Artists and National Scientists.

Peace and quiet place to go. My wife's dad grave lies here we visit him twice a month. we can see that he is happy with god and with his comrade who pass away as a heroes

like a hero's temple.

Great place! They have a gender-neutral comfort room, Marcos' grave.
