The staff are very accommodating and honest. I accidentally dropped my wallet inside their store and they contacted me to inform me that they have it. Highly recommended if you want your pets to be groomed. They are also attentive when it comes to your dogs need.

Highly recommend to any pet owner! The staff in the store are very approachable and they are extremely helpful 😄 This is the only place that I trust to groom my Teddy. If I could give more than 5 stars I would 😁

Both store supervisor, groomer and assistant are pet/client friendly and very accommodating👍👍👍

Our Dogs deserves to have a good bath, haircut and relaxation which they can have it @ Dog and the City SM MOA Branch

Your dog can experience like they are in a 5 Star Hotel while we, pet owner can enjoy the mall without worrying our fur babies because they are in a good hands❤❤❤
