The menu here is on par with other branches in the metro and the quality is one of the better ones out there. Service is efficient enough but could see some more improvement especially during peak rush hours. The place itself could still be further improve in terms of maintaing it, but it does have a complete set of ammenities for customers to use and the location is ideal for motorist along España to have a quick snack option.

My experience was you can order in advance thru their contact cell phone number,and supervising personnel will answer and accomodating during the call and she will give you a number to choose from their menu and better if you know what to order..upon arrival,the food you ordered is ready to serve upon paying..just be honest that you will eat what you ordered thru phone..it has drive thru and spacious parking lot and spacious dining area..the crew is also accomodating..

Ordered Ala King Zinger Steak and this is the ONLY branch that I've ever been in that has the biggest piece for the zinger steak. I kid you not, my boyfriend and I thought that we got 2 pieces each!!!! That's how big it was. They were super generous as well when it comes to their Ala King sauce. 10/10 the only KFC branch we'll frequent to for bigger Ala King Zinger Steaks 💓💓 The only catch though is that you'll be able to see oils floating in your drink because of the cup itself grrr.

December 2018, the place was not in good shape. The floor is sticky, tables weren't being cleared immediately after a customer left, and the lines are always long. The only thing I liked about it is their location and the food. (3 stars but supposed to be 2)

April 2019, I was impressed at how the place improved! I noticed that they hired a staff specifically hired to clean the tables. We went during peak hours but the lines weren't long, and the floor is no longer sticky.

Food is very much appreciated

The place is clean. There are a lot of tables so you don't need to worry where to sit. The bathroom is clean. The service of the staff is great. They accommodate to the needs of their clients. Thank you for the service.

One of the best kfc so far in terms location. Very spacious, but the crew usually keep the customers waiting although they have enough crew. Usually 1 counter is open at night.

A meeting friendly place. Many of our meet-ups happen here for it is also so accessible to any mode of transport.

Ok lang. The crews are polite. But sadly there was no brewed coffee and the restroom was not available.😊
