Staffs are accommodating. First timers friendly.

Long line is overwhelming at first, but because of the smooth, organized, non-confusing management of the queue by the assisting guards, it clears quickly. The counters are all occupied making the queue pass faster as well.

Bonus: Clean comfort rooms but no flush and bidet.

I requested to change my mother's Philheath because she's already senior. I just provide them PMRF Form, authorization letter, photocopy of PSA, photo of 2 valid IDs, and proof of payment from previous months.

PMRF can be download in Philheath website.

This branch is truly commendable when it comes to courteous, fast and accommodating service. I was able to update my membership info, and paid my voluntary contributions within 20 minutes. From the guards to the counter staff, they will patiently assist your inquiries.

Fast transaction. Very helpful, kudos to Ms. Rose!! I requested proof of payment and suddenly remember to add my dependent. She also change my old Id to new one. She suggested me to pay the remaining month of December so she can include to certify it. Ms. Rose makes my day! That’s a real public servant. I entered the bldg 2:22pm, processed quickly with the help of a friendly staff (forgot the name), i got out by 2:50. Thank you sa mga staff na mabilis mag asikaso.👍⭐⭐⭐

Me and my wife went here to process an update on our status and it was fast they even gave us a philhealth ID with MDR without asking.. pro active service. But i think some employee need more smile on there face. The lady who assisted us is like a Robot. 😂😂😂

Kudos dito sa branch na ito bilis ng proseso..

Base sa experience ko sa branch na ito malapit na magsara mga 4:15 na ng hapon Friday (April 13, 2018) nung nakadating ako, mabilis ang transaction dito siguro hindi kasi matao at medyo mahirap puntahan kapag hindi ka pamilyar sa lugar nakalabas ako ng 4:22PM sa loob ng 7 mins Philhealth member na ako hehe.

Sa guard palang ma aliw kana tas maganda payung patakaran nila 👍👍👍👍
