Timeline of events:

7 December 2022 - I went to the Malate branch of Dental Bee for tooth restoration.

9 December 2022 - The filling came off after less than 72 hours.

10 December 2022 - I went back to the Malate branch to get the restoration fixed. The dentist on duty was different. The secretary told me that she will contact the owner and update me within the day regarding how they will proceed. The secretary did not update me. I texted the dentist who did my restoration. She did not reply.

11 December 2022 - I texted the dentist who did my restoration again. She did not reply again (they are open on Sundays).

12 December 2022 - I texted the dentist who did my restoration again. She agreed to an appointment the next day at 11:00 AM. I filed a half-day leave from work.

13 December 2022 - I went to the Malate branch at 11:00 AM. The dentist who did my restoration did not show up. Another dentist was on duty. The secretary of the main branch texted me and asked when I was available. We agreed on the following Saturday (16 December) at 1:00 PM.

16 December 2022 - I arrived. They informed me after an hour that the dentist could not make it because of the rain. The same rain that I walked through to get to the dental office. They rebooked me again the following day at 10:00 AM.

17 December 2022 - They messaged me at around 6:00 AM to cancel. They said that the dentist that was supposed to come had a fever. I asked for a refund. I was informed in the afternoon that the secretary who was to take care of the refund also had a fever. They finally refunded me at around 8:00 PM.
