Rented 2 cars (Toyota Innova and Toyota Grandia) at the same time with Car Rent Manila. Transacting with them was an ease. They were very responsive with my inquiries. Communications were done mainly via email and text messages. Staff would respond with my emails even during late nights and wee hours. They are going to deliver the car and pick it up on the place that you requested. They accept cash and credit card payments. They gave me discount for renting the cars for longer period. I was hesitant at first because the price was cheaper from all the rental car place I looked at. There were changes on our flight a week before our car pick up. I message them through email and they were able to change the dates without extra fee ( except for the additional extra day) .

Guy showed up at the airport parking lot in time. Checked the car in and out. Nice and clean. Took less than 15 mins and we were on our way.

Returning the car. We had washed the car but since we travelled from Pangasinan and got rained a little, it was considered not cleaned per their standards ( which is ok ) . 2 guys were on time to pick up the car. Drop us off at the naia terminal and left. I would definitely rent again.

i normally don't write review however the way they treated and accepted the reason for the damage incur on our rent a car self drive wasn't our fault and return it with out delay. i simply cannot resist the urge to compliment them. shout out to these guys at car rent manila after renting a self drive 7 seater auv which they could not deliver for some reason. they contacted us and inform that they will upgrade our request to a SUV with the same rate what a commitment since they already took our initial deposit for the rent a car 1 month ago. very much thankful and no doubt a legit company with very much hassle free renting a car with them.

highly recommended rent a car company very friendly staff and courteous driver. while turnover of the rented honda city and was in que in line on the airport for my luggage check in. I notice that i forgot a few valuables which was in one of my go to bag. Immediately i called the driver that pick up the vehicle and he was very prompt and polite to check the vehicle luckily my stuff was indeed their under the driver seat. However he was already in the garage in makati. thanks to rent a car manila for the free upgrade of the van we rented self drive for our trip to sagada mountain province . it was suppose to be a hi ace commuter since we opted for the cheapest van for hire however they upgraded it to a grandia for the same rate due to conflict schedule in which they promptly apologies to us. we have no qualms since it was a higher rated van. thank you again car for rent manila self drive van.
