Arrived today August 2,2023 around 8:30, as expected durng rainy seasons off peak, transactions finished at 8:38 Yes around 5-10 mins and Im done.Ambiance is cool,people are cool and helpful esp the guards on duty.Teller well explained my inquiries. Kudos to Team Pag Ibig, Sta.Mesa , good job!!!

Loyalty Card . I arrived at 7:20am finished @8:55am. Organized and konti ang tao sa branch na ito unlike to other branch.
Accomodating and approachable especially Ms. Mae and Ms. Rosel.

i was able to make my own MP2, it was fun easy, accessible and fast. i was happy it was a smooth transaction, very accomodating staff's most especially the guards of the said branch are all very polite.

If you will visit this PAG IBIG branch make sure that you will alot time and patience waiting for your transaction to be called. There is an automated ticket number and caller which makes it organized. Staff are polite. Expect long line before you can enter the premise. Also do not forget to prepare your own ballpen and sanitize before and after you leave

Rarely would I commend a Philippine Goverment Office but I would have to give it up for PagIBIG fund. This office is unlike any government office in the Philippines - clean, queue system clear and orderly, there are plenty of comfortable chairs, there is a water cooler and best of all the staff are really nice and helpful. My hats off to the people of Pag-IBIG Fund.

Mbilis tsaka mbait mga employee hindi gaya sa lucky china town malapit k na sa pila tsaka pa ng system down

I went there 8am.. pumila until makapasok ng 10.23am.. nakalabas ako 10.37am mas tatagal ka pa sa pila kaysa sa pagkuha ng loyalty card.. Thanks po sa assistance ng guard at staff👍 ⭐⭐

Mabilis po yung process nila sa ngayon ewan ko lang sa mga susunod pang mga panahon. Bagong branch po kasi sya sa ngayon at tandaan po natin kapag Gov't Office?....

Maganda services nila at mabilis, nka organize. Pero depende sa dami ng tao ung bilis ng sebisyo nila.
