Always a great experience, smooth pickup and return.
The only plus would be if all car would be equipped with RFID to avoid loosing long times at the no Rfid lanes at tool gates. Otherwise great rental place, friendly and professional staff always!

I needed transport from BGC to Clark. initially called Philippine rent a car in Taguig but the guy who answered the phone gave me a crazy price of 8K when I said that was too much he lowered to 6K. I hung up the phone. I didn’t have any of this issue with Hertz. I got quoted a fair price with no haggling added. The driver came early to pick me up. He also got me to my destination early. That was all I needed. I’ll definitely use again.

By far the best pricing and no shady business. If you're planning a trip to Manila Hertz on Olympia is the way to go.

We rented a car from 1/26 thru 2/1..Pearl Tampis, and Mhay Ballati in the office were outstanding in assisting me with this rental.. The car was a Toyota Wego and was perfect for navigating the highways of Luzon.. Manuel ( Manny) picked us up at the terminal , and went over the car with us.. He also drove us back after the rental.. I highly highly recommend Hertz Philippines for your car rental needs.. They are absolutely awsome!! Neil Ross

Mace, at the Taguig office have been so helpful for me and my fiance, I've rented cars there many times. The staff and Mace are so helpful with all your needs. I will not rent anywhere else. This place is so professional and courteous. They always have clean and perfect running vehicles and they also have toll tags. The prices are very good!

Ok I need to give this Hertz location a five star for their service and professionalism. First off, I walk in with no reservation last last minute and they find an automatic car for me and within an hour I'm on my way. I was also rushing to catch my flight when returning the car and they charged me fairly to clean the cars and refill the gas tank. I'm sure many of the more local car rental companies in Manila are shadey and would try to scam you for more money but because this is a Hertz you can just tell that the professionalism is high. So yes, five stars and I will be using them again if I return to Manila.

Hertz has always been my go-to place when I am in the Philippines. Aside from their convenient locations, free shuttle service and friendly staff, especially Sir Leo, their fleet are reasonably priced compared to other local car rental company, plus you can still accumulate points.

Great team @ the Bonifacio Global City (BGC) office. Pickup & return was no hassle, rented a SUV for about 2weeks self-drive. Recommend studying the drop off point so you don’t park in wrong garage or call the office before you commit to going underground.

I want to personally thank the professionalism and efficient support especially from Ms April Daniel in getting our rental car without any hassle out of NAIA T3. Ms April has a great network on the ground who coordinate the rental process like a Conductor in an orchestra ! Thank you Ms April Daniel.

Very friendly and helpful! Detailed service with a smile! No direct airport pickup, but, a phone call as directed will send a shuttle to pick you up and take you to the office.
