Our hotel OKADA booked our first tour with this group. We were so happy we returned for the 2nd tour . They accommodated our needs of an afternoon tour so we could be dropped straight at the international airport for our early evening departure

I like the 24/7 availability of the service. I couldn't find a vendor at 9pm on Sunday and was referred to by the front desk of my hotel to this company, gave em a call and got in touch.

I signed up for a birding tour. They charged me $160 to drive me to a park, with two guys that didn't know anything about birds. I realized after driving with them for about 10 minutes that this was not a birding tour, it was just them driving me to a park so I could walk around look at birds on my own. I told them to turn the car around and take me back to the hotel. For $160 they should provide a birding expert. They said that would cost more. They should have told me that $160 did not include a birding expert. I can drive myself to a park and look at birds on my own without paying $160. Don't sign up for this tour. I'm contesting the charge on my credit card.
