Escolta Parking Building

Multi-level parking at Escolta cor Yuchengco street that served as perfect take-off point when we did a Binondo Food Crawl.

This paid parking facility opens at 6am as of writing and closes at 6pm. Be mindful to claim your car before closing time or your next chance to claim it is the following day.

Fees are P50 for the first 3 hrs, and P20 for next hour thereafter.

The parking building is relatively new and even equipped with elevator and comfort room, and shares the building with a few banks and food and beverage establishment tenants. The murky estero is at the other side of the building so expect it to have a funky smell when the wind blows

Safe And Secure Multi Level Parking Building this very side of Escolta/Binondo. First three Hours is Only 50 and 20 pesos Additional every Hour or 130 Pesos the Maximum amount Per Day. So if your in for safety and less hassle like the other nearby parking spots like in the former PNB Building and the ones in Dasmarinas corner Yuchengco and also in San Vicente which is an Open Air parking spot Although ground level this is a very good choice for they also have a roving guard and also one in the Ground floor where the Cashier is located alongside near a coffee shop and a Bank
Entrance is trough the new revitalized area of muelle del banco but is now Called Plaza Yuchengco

This parking building is a safe place to park your vehicles especially if its raining ...much safer than parking in the street of escolta

Matarik lang sa pag akyat at pagbaba.

Ok ang parking dito. Medyo steep lang ang daanan.
Pero super safe ang car. Affordable din ang parking fee.

Located just a short distance from Plaza Sta Cruz and Quiapo. Overlooks the Pasig River and it has a good view of the razed Manila Central Post Office right across the river. Access ramps to the upper levels of the building are somewhat steep. Available parking slots start only at Level 6 as parking slots up to Level 5 were marked as "Reserved".

It's good that Escolta now has an multilevel carpark. The place also offers a dramatic view of the historic post office bldg across pasig river. My only issues are: closes early at 6pm and that the ramps are too steep they scratch my car's underbody cover.

Entrance is at the back of the building, along Muelle Del Banco where the Escolta River Ferry located (please note that this road is ONE WAY). To get there, enter via Yuchenco road, then turn left towards the entrance.

As of Oct 2020. 60Php Flatrate for Cars, 25 for motorcycles.

Street parking (c/o Manila City parking attendants) is around 35-45 for a couple of hours (approx 100 for the whole day)

Do not park here if you have a standard sedan. Big chance na sumabit ka

Worst experience hanggang 6pm lang pala i did not see properly ayun na charge ako overnight parking and worst taga cavite pa ako i have to go back the other day, ending commute!
