It wad our Fleet Previous Building Office where I can say that it is very safe for the reason that there are security guards expecting each person bag before and after they leave the premises of the building.

Good thing is, location is not as cramped like all the other places in Manila. It's because it's just across Rizal Park along T.M.Kalaw. Just walking distance from Manila Doctors hospital. However, T.M. Kalaw gets flooded from Taft Ave. to Ma. Orosa during moonsoon season when rain is nonstop.
