BPI - UN Avenue Branch

Salamat BPI lalo na sa UN Ave. Branch nyo. Kelangan ko kasi magpalit ng mobile number dahil sa bagong BPI app na required na yung active mobile number para makapag online banking. Kaso, nandito ako sa ibang bansa kaya hndi ako makapag asikaso physically. Yung customer care nireffer ako sa branch na pinagkuhanan ko. So yun, kahit halos inabot ng almost isang buwan yung process. Thankful ako kasi every email na pinapadala ko, talagang di sila nagsasawang magreply. Kahit sobrang daming kinuhang requirements, ok lng. Alam ko namang for security puposes din yun. The best, sa lahat ng bangko na napagdaanan ko, sa kanila ko naramdaman yung care. Hopefully, maging ok ang features ng bagong application. Malaking tulong kasi yung online banking sa kin dahil namomonitor ko lahat ng padala ko at iniipon ko. Shout out lalo na kay branch manager ng UN Ave., Ms. Cherry Blossoms. God bless! 😉👌

How can i know your swift code BPI UN branch po

One of the worst bank branches I have visited. With poor customer service! I waited 3 hours in the line just to open an account, I understand that their employees face tons of responsibilities and customers all the time but the fact that they cannot prevent such situation made me feel like it was so wrong. I wasn't the only one who waited for 3 hours yet they cannot make me feel ease as well. Be better, i need to get back on another schedule just to pick up my card and surely, will be facing the same thing which is to wait over hours, i requested to expedite yet they cannot!

Be better, train your employees, prevent this from happening, and give us a good customer service!

This branch was indicated as opened on a Saturday. Disappointing to learn it was not after a long walk under the scorching heat. Try the Ayala Makati branches instead.

CANNOT BE CALLED THRU THEIR LANDLINE AND MOBILE NOS!!!! ALWAYS OFFLINE EVEN I AFTER I CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND UNREACHABLE GRABE AVOID THIS BRANCH OR ELSE

Process time is very slow it's taking up so much time. Your rating in google will drop to 1 star if you don't fix your service.

This is the worst BPI branch I have been to. It’s hard to open an account as there’s no one to attend to you. Waited more than 30 minutes and still no one.

The line is so slow. Take more than 2 hours just to open an account? Oof.

Poor service at cutomer service dept. It took me 2hrs before my que number been called.....

Slow service. Been waiting for hours for open account. Not recommended.
