401K Resort

We stayed in this resort just to unwind. One of the greatest places we've been to. Washrooms are clean, Pool water are changed everyday. The accommodation was great and the owners were extremely nice and hospitable. Their dining area is like eating in a fine dining restaurant

I would strongly recommend this place.

We went back to celebrate my dad's birthday during the weekend and they took their word about the free accommodation since we were not satisfied during our first stay. There had been a lot of improvements and i personally liked their dirty kitche. Where you can grill, wash dishes, prepare and set up your meals. It was very convenient ans we really appreciate their business. I would love to go back again with my family for any upcoming family celebrations! Thank you 401K!!

A hidden gem and getting better. The owner and staff are very friendly and the rooms are very clean and well supplied with amenities. I will always include to stay in this resort on my next visit.

Entrance is P100. Good for quick dips. Water is fresh from Bulusan. No chlorine and doesnt hurt the eyes.

Nice place. They have 4 swimming pools. They also have playground for kids. My kids enjoy swimming

We loved visiting 401K resort. This rating is for staying overnight. We visited from California last August. All of the people working there are very hard working and made our stay so special. We especially loved swimming in the pool, which they change the water Monday’s and thursdays, which pleasantly surprised me. We brought two children and they had so much fun with the water slide. We will definitely be coming back to visit family and enjoy the resort!

There are employees overlooking the place, continuously cleaning the premises, keeping it neat and tidy.

We came to the 401K for the day when visiting family in the Philippines. We had such a great time at the resort and their excellent staff that we came back the next day and stayed for two nights. We enjoyed our overnight stay so much that we stayed two more nights at the resort.

Jim and Tess are the most gracious hosts. They truly treat you like family and make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The food at the resort is some of the best we've ever had.

During our trip to the Philippines from Michigan, our most cherished memories were made relaxing at the resort with our family.

Very accomodating unlike their neighbor resort SAN BENON whose guards act like the owners of the resort.

Don't go to San Benon, look for other hot springs LOL or here in 401K for cold springs. They have better food, restrooms and shower rooms

It's not just a typical type of resort. Where swimming pools were available both for kids and adults. 401k resort also provides basketball field for boys and volleyball area for girls or vice versa including LGBT's. They also welcome individuals who are in need of lodge. And it's quite luxury to see in a very affordable price. You can also conduct your seminars and trainings because they have a very accommodating equipments like speaker, microphone, screen, projector, and such things needed to preside your activities indoor. Where an open area with ceiling that can surely protect you and your company from heat is also provided. It has 3 pools: 1 pool with 1-2 ft. level of water for babies aging from 3-5 where fishes, crabs, shrimps and sharks were painted on the side of the pool to feed the eyes of your little princes and princesses. Another 1 pool with 3-4 ft. level of water for kiddos. And for adults they have 5-6 ft. level of water with benches side to side where you can sit on whenever you're tired of swimming or you just want to see your loved ones enjoy the water. 😇 Now that Christmas season is on its way, celebrating with family, friends, and co-workers on water is one of the best. very cozy and picturesque place compared to the resorts nearby. rooms are also clean although the showers do not work. toilet is via pail system and flushes dont work as well. all in all, a good experience.

Re-visited 401K and was amazed at the improvements from the last time. The facility is just a heaven for the region. Lost my memory card with photos of the improvements but trust that a visit is worthwhile.

My first night in Irosin I stayed somewhere else and it was a bit of a nightmare. 401 K Resort however was an absolute dream. The owners are very kind and helpful, and I will without a doubt be coming back. 10 stars if i could give it 😊
