Forest garden residence

Where to start ... we stayed in a few other hotels in the Philippines before our arrival and some with a much higher price and none match the quality we have encountered here. The rooms are nice spacious and clean. The food is really good and very affordable and Tony's family is more than inviting. They were so helpful and nice, truly a wonderful experience. In top of all of this you could not find a better location, they are right in the middle of all the activities. Also, they can rent you a scooter and ours was as good as new. If you are going to Bohol, this is the best accommodation you will find.

We had such a great time staying at Forest Garden Residence for two wonderful nights. We had been travelling a lot before arriving and the peaceful, beautiful location was exactly what we needed. Tony, Joanne and Kate were wonderful hosts and they really made us feel at home! Joanne is a great cook so we ate all our meals at the accomodation during our stay. The room and bathroom was very modern, the bed was comfortable and the hosts were there to answer all our questions as soon as we asked them. If you’re in Bohol visiting the chocolate hills amongst other things, we would definitely recommend staying here rather than in the very tourist area of Panglao. There is lots to do closeby and you’ll leave feeling refreshed. Thanks Tony Joanne and Kate for making our stay special 😊

Friendly host and an amazing location made this a good experience. First of all the garden is very beautiful in which your stay is located. You are clearly in the middle of the nature. Secondly, the place looks good and well-furnished from the inside. Furthermore you can rent motor cycles here for during your stay.

Really good coffee (Forest Garden Special), awesome banana bread (not too sweet, adjusted to the sweetness of the banana used)!

We stayed here for three days two night, it’s a really lovely and beautiful place, and the workers are very friendly 🥰 I would like to visit here again in the future!

Si vous voulez un emplacement calme et proche de plusieurs activités, je vous suggère cette petite hotel. Elle est à ~30 minutes des Chocolates Hills en scooter, en moins de 20 minutes des Tarsiens et de la Foret Man Made. Les chambres sont de très bonnes qualité et propre, une baie vitré qui donne un côté charmant et romantique. Parfait pour un couple.
Le service est impeccable et toujours avec un sourire. Et que dire sur la nourriture...Wow, elle vous transporte. Un voyage gustatif. La propriétaire est une chef excellente! Elle fait même les pains des plats (Shoutout à Kim, leur fille). Je vous conseille de gouter aux Quesadillas et la crêpe mango, j'en rêve encore.

在這邊入住了一晚，房間乾淨舒適，空間寬敞，庭園景色非常美麗。
早餐十分美味，主人也十分友善，非常推薦在這邊入住一晚！

唯一的缺點大概是停車空間較小，比較不方便，其他都十分完美。

Grandes chambres , douche avec eau chaude, lit spacieux et confortable. Très bon restaurant. Jardin magnifique. L'emplacement implique de louer une moto ou une voiture mais permet de bénéficier d'un environnement assez calme. Bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour et le recommande vivement cet établissement.

Die Unterkunft ist makellos, sauber und der Garten paradiesisch! Abends kann man dort hunderte Glühwürmchen sehen.
Tony hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Auch ein früherer Check-in war kein Problem.
Joan war fast sowas wie unsere „Urlaubsmama“. Sie hat sich toll um uns gekümmert, hervorgegangen gekocht und sogar auf unser Baby (11 Monate) aufgepasst, damit wir in Ruhe essen konnten. Sie hat so eine herzliche Art, dass man sich einfach Zuhause fühlen muss.
Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen!
