Maxicare Helpdesk - The Medical City

I agree with the other review. Maxicare clinic is indeed organized in handling patients. Visitors are greeted properly and there is a simple TV entertainment for those waiting in queue. Ample seats indeed. I just wish they also have free WiFi though, if possible.

I like their service; very fast, organized, friendly and especially the guard who manage the peace and orderliness, helps their clients to get the loa tape to unload the long line outside.

Minsan madami tao so matagal transaction sa laboratory LOA so I'd recommend maaga kayo pumunta kung mainipin kayo o mainit ang ulo. Kudos to Ms. Erika na nag assist samin sa queries about coverage very knowledgeable. Pinasabay pa kami sa shuttle available that time to transfer to Maxicare clinic nearby. First day was very terrible experience that I almost gave 3 or below stars but bumawi naman sila the other day basta maaga ka lang. May pa shuttle pa so 5 stars.

Most of the time I go here is to get an LOA (when it's urgent or when it's taking too long to have it processed via online request). You would almost always have to wait a while before you can have your turn on the counter but they do have an organized queueing system. Based on my observation, it usually takes a counter about 10 minutes to serve one client but sometimes it takes much longer. Fortunately, they have several counters (8 in all, I think). Based on my visits to this facility, LOA requests seem to be the bulk of the transactions that are being processed here.

The Maxicare office here is clean and very organized. Their staff are friendly and quick to assist clients with their needs. There's also a TV that would keep you entertained while waiting in line. The area is also very well lit and there is ample sitting area.

A bit crowded but that's how it is when you're trying to gain free or discounted health care service.

Long queues. You need to make an appointment ahead of time and be early.
