Taguig City Hall

Staff are VERY pleasant to deal with and will keep things moving along. They are also very helpful and extend courtesy to PWD. Parking is a challenge, best way is to park at allhome, then take a tricycle. One of the best city halls in the metro.

As i observed it is like..back to normal, and they not need to present your vaccine card.maybe just because wer in Alert level1😕

Went here to get postal ID. Nice staff.
Go early since they have queue number. cut off for morning after 25-30 people I think. Then resume at 1pm for number queue. Good idea since that looks like just enough time to verify papers then collect picture/signature for the morning batch.

City Hall personnel will welcome you at the entrance and ask you what your transaction is and will guide you on the process flow and at which floor or window you should go. All personnel are friendly and accommodating. Processing is fast that's why the lines are moving fast and some windows doesn't even have queues. There's always someone who can assist you if you have further questions.

I went this afternoon for my PWD ID and all the government officials are very friendly, accommodating and caring too!

While I was waiting for the release of my ID, I’ve also observed that other staff from other departments are all the same. They treat other people genuinely caring and showing respect too!

The process of my PWD ID was fast and no hassle as long as you bring all the requirements needed. Salute to all the Taguig Gov’t officials!

Parking is challenge. But the people are nice. makes you forget about the challenges

As of 2023, they are accommodating and processing of application improved. City Treasurer's Office moved back to City Hall as of January 2023 and not in the Parking Area of Vistamall Taguig anymore.

2019 - City Treasurer's Office specifically Transfer Tax Division is not approachable to their clients. They say they will text you for update but you will receive none. I waited for whole day if my request will be addressed but not. You still need to go in City Hall physically over and over again to follow up. Very hassle 😒😐
You have the payment but they will not accommodate you, I think they prefer their clients to pay with surcharge than none. Disappointing 😞😓

The staff are so accomodating and they will answer clearly your questions if ever you don't know what to do.

It was my first time to visit our city hall. As soon as i alight in front of it, i was immediately assisted by a traffic enforcer in crossing the street. Upon entry, the guard was ever ready to help me with instructions on how to get to the lcr. Once there, the lady on the window stopped to ask what i need. She was able to answer my query in a very clear and respectful manner. She even offered a solution to my problem. I must say this so far is the best city hall i have visited. A far cry from the hot, dark, confusing city halls i have been. I have been assisted by a cranky, impatient staff in the past. Some of them even made me wait while they gossip behind the glass window. Definitely a pleasurable experience to visit Taguig City Hall.

Employees are accommodating. However, frustrated that they are not yet online. During this pandemic, it's best if we can transact and/or pay thru online transactions to avoid trips going to the city hall
