Very Accommodating. In my end it takes only a few minutes and the staff started right away. Price is very reasonable. It isn’t that big but it has a very comfy place. I will come back again when I have time.

I give a 5 star for them, because their staff gherlie who did my foot spa and pedicure did a really great job. She managed to removed my dry skin, on both of my big toe when she is doing the pedicure, which is total relief for me. i went to many salon that offer the same service, but they are not able to removed it completely.

The price is reasonable on the service they offer.
A bit noisy, coz some staff that are finished on their work, are chatting, but I don't mind it.

If I will go and have vacation again in Manila, I will consider coming back again to them.

The staffs are nice and all their nail technicians are very good especially ms. Judith and ms. Girlie...

Good nail service even when busy, lady behind counter to start not so friendly but maybe because busy but was friendly when receiving cash

I GOT CUT ON MY TOE. Did a promo including hand spa 3/5, foot spa 2/5 and 20mins massage 4/5.

We came down early at 11.45am to make appointment for 2pm. One of the staff had asked what services we wanted and she wrote it down on the appointment book. The receptionist was condescending and not the friendliness.

When we arrived at 2, despite making appointment, I had to wait and still had to repeat the services we wanted. What’s the point of recording and making appointment then? I felt like I had to beg for someone to “service” me despite making appointment. Shouldn’t the staff be allocated alr.

I brought my own polish and the manicurist could not even stand to reach for the bottle when I was wrapped up with the spa. The bottle was alr out from my bag and on the table. I had to pick up the bottle with my fresh polish on when she “returned” it too. The top coat they used was not glossy and causes mini lines. There were times it was painful and I flinched but she did not ask if she hurt me.

I did foot spa without polish. The price was the same. They don’t do buff shine if you don’t paint polish. The staff cut my big toe. I can only pray that there is no infection now. The “scrub” and cleaning was a joke. Were they trying to tickle my feet? They should seriously upgrade their equipment. My friend did callus treatment which was terrible too. Thankfully I did not pay for it.

The saving grace was the 20mins massage on the back. She was strong and firm. She even got a claw clip for my long hair.

The job is only half done (foot spa, pedicure). I asked for light pink nail polish, the lady made it white... It felt like they really do what they want.

they don’t really have experience doing acrylics so I paid 2825php for nails that fell off in a day after having a shower and a pedicure that chipped off after wearing socks :/

I purchased their package deal, where you get manicure, pedicure, massage and footspa. I thought it was a good deal, but unfortunately not. They dont do good job, footspa took only 3 minutes. I need to point to the lady places that need to be fix although it was super obvious. Bad service. Rude receptionist/ cashier/ workers. There was a 2 foreigner customer who was inquiring about something, they after they left, they back talk “jokingly” in filipino language. They thought they are funny. Very unprofessional. Mani and pedi was average.its more like talk talk talk all the time. Ambiance was not relaxing at all. Customer sitting so high in the chair. Bad lighting. Stay away! Better go to somewhere.

I had my worst experience here. They are very unprofessional. Does not show politeness, as if you are in a parlor near the "palengke" (wet market) because of the very noisy staff. They laugh on their customer instead of helping them or asking what their customer needs. A spa must have a relaxing ambiance which this store failed to meet. Staff doing your nails not even wearing mask. I cannot recommend this store. Better improve the services or train your staff properly

Unproffesional workers. You feel like you're in a market. They don't have a specific price of their service, they will just give you a reciept of amount they wanna ask from you. Dirty, noisy ambiance. Never go to this place. Considering it is inside a mall i think salon outside the street got a better service than this place.
