Sobrang bastos ng staff sa branch na ito. Manager was also useless. Nagtago siya habang may ongoing problem - he admitted it later. Careless employee behind the counter. Very rude employee who snapped at me as I was talking to another employee whose negligence cause my bills to get ripped and she suddenly claimed that they cannot be accepted by the bank. The bank employees ganged up on me and refused to accept the torn bills. They already checked it prior and printed the receipt and made me sign. Then the lady at the counter ran the bills through the counting machine after which she found a tear. Then she suddenly claimed that i gave her a torn bill despite her checking them earlier and detecting nothing before using the bill counting machine. Had the worst experience ever at this bank. They did not even resolve the issue. The manager even kept calling me to tell me that if I expected them to have the bill replaced then I will go through a lot of hassle so I should just find a money changer instead. I was so stressed because I needed to deposit the money for payment. The worst and rudest bank branch. Stay away from them. I am glad my account has been closed. What a nightmare that was.
