The company is the in-house travel agent of Sunlight Air and Sunlight resorts. They seem to make a client-centric effort to attend clients needs but then fail on details that are important considering the supposed high-level of Sunlight resort in Coron. For instance, the flight to Busuanga from Manila takes slightly more than one hour but they do not indicate the total travel time which includes one hour more by road and then 30min by boat. No water available, no food, nothing. If you are unprepared you will be starving on arrival. Also a total confusion and lack of clarity with the timeline for the PCR testing and issuing of the Coron QR code. I felt like I was constantly negotiating everything. They don't give cabal answers. You always need to go back and forth.
