Convenient coz it's close to a lot of establishments. Dami lang talagang ipis HAHAHA

The place is full of cockroaches, regardless of how many times you make ways in cleaning hte room. Meaning the pipe line is poorly maintained. The hallway within the building is not regularly maintined, it takes at least 3 weeks before anyone from the facility to clean it. The owner's husband is extremely rude and takes advantage of "pentalty fees". This place is not advisable to students, nor anyone, specially since they don't give a signed contract. They will never give your refund for the advance payment, they will only make excuses like "fee for late return of keys". Note that any transaction or releasing of invoice is announce in "facebook group chat".
