This is a wonderful place that we were happy to visit! At the entrance you need to leave all your things in the storage room and go into the cave in a swimsuit. The water inside is not cold. First you go down into the cave and walk along a very fun road, it is very beautiful and the spirit of adventure is activated. At the end there is a beautiful lagoon with clear water where you can jump from a cliff, ride a bungee and just swim. Entrance ticket costs 160 per person. It's better not to take your phone with you, you can take a Go Pro.

Pleasantly surprised by the entire caving experience! Our guide was very helpful and is an expert at taking photos without ever getting my phone wet. At the end of the cave was a beautiful and relaxing lagooon which we enjoyed all to ourselves.

Really fun way to spend a couple of hours in Siargao! It costs 100 pesos pp plus a tip for the guide who brings you through the cave (tells you where to step, where to be careful & shines torch where there's no light). Our guide, Jon was really nice & helpful. Definitely worth the small money it costs. No tour operators go here (Dec 2022) so it was quiet and we had the place to ourselves. The cave lasts about 15-20 minutes (in water up to your neck // wear water shoes) then you can swim and jump into the pool of water at the end for as long as you like. There's a jumping platform & a rope swing. Really enjoyable.

Funny kind guide, cool and refreshing water and good spot to visit.

We had lots of fun exploring the Cove with our tour guide. We explored hundreds of bats living in the cove and jumped into the respreshing water by a jungle rope.
It was so much fun 😊

Salamat po 😊

We're enjoying their trail walk inside the cave up to the end, and they have a pool or lagoon. We're enjoying their swing jump and diving, and it give us a good memory's this place.

Amazing experience!
I would definitely recommend doing the cave tour as well and not just go to the pool - it costs a bit more but is definitely worth it.
Our guide was super nice and we had a great time.

Nice tour through a cave. You can jump in the water also. You need a guide when you get there. 150 per Person and the Guide is 200 Pesos.

Great adventure to reach the lagoon. You have to go through the cave and under the road. Our tour guide James is the best he is very funny and assists the elderly.

A really nice little spot to stop at while doing a land tour. Perhaps a little overpriced now at 150php per head but nonetheless it's still worth doing. The tour guides are always enthusiastic and caring when walking over more difficult areas and overall the experience is always a good one.

There's some bats in the cave too which are cute!

Best place in the island, you should definitely try it, and it is not far from GL. In fact is really close to the river so you will probably be there anyway. They don’t include it in any tours, so it won’t be full of people. 250 pesos, short tour but totally worth it. You can jump from a rope and from a platform into a small lagoon after the Cave.

I enjoyed visiting this cave. It's a nice stop to break up the journey to (or from) Magpoponko. It's like a mini canyoning experience, very short though. You pass through a water filled passage/cave with bats and end up in a natural pool where you can do some jumping. It's a bit expensive for what it's worth (100 peso entrance fee plus tip to the guide), but I enjoyed it.

Super fun activity!
We paid 100PHP per person and tipped our guide 100PHP. Guides and tips are mandatory.
Usually, we never want a guide, but this would be impossible without one.
I do not recommend this activity for children, elderly people, and people with disabilities or mobility issues. It’s not doable!
You’ll walk inside caves inside water, almost no visibility, with only ropes and rocks to step on, and with a really really strong current.
It’s dark, slippery and you never know where you’re stepping in.
Fortunately guides are amazing and super fun, they’ll guide you through it.
Totally worth the 300PHP we spent!

It was a great experience to be able to do caving here. We went here during lowtide. If you go here, be in your swimming attire and bring your gadgets in their waterproof cases or bags. You will need to pay for a tour guide and they will give you instructions to follow. Crystal clear water! You can see some fishes which means the water is really clean. A very good place to swim. :)

this place exceeded ALL of my expectations (which were not much at the beginning to be honest! haha). Dong Dong, our incredibly friendly and funny guide made our experience unforgettable. I had never been in a cave were you actually have to swim to get across to the other end - definitely unique in its nature! the best part was at the end were you get to swim and jump from different swings and diving boards. highly recommend :)

p.s. the entrance is really cheap only 150 pesos, but tip your guide, they really deserve it for the job they do and they need the money especially after the typhoon they experienced in 2021. :(

Tayangban Cave is 30-min vehicular ride from General Luna. In and out of the cave is about 20-30 minutes. Water is from knee deep to 10ft deep. There are some ropes to guide you along the way. At the exit, there is a small pool deep enough for cliff jumping. Be careful and be vigilant for this cave is connected to Paghungawan Marsh, where the authorities released a bunch of saltwater crocodiles. Do a search on google. If I knew this before my trip in Siargao, I wouldnt go and swim in this cave. Eerie!

Very nice. Entry is PHP100 per person, guide fee is PHP100. Experienced guide who's good. with taking photos. Water level could go up, a bit challenging to maneuver on rocks but it only takes about 20 minutes. Overall it's a memorable experience ❤

Adventurous cave and at the end of the cave there's a pool with cold water. There's a swing that you can enjoy with friends or family.
