I love how convenient and accessible their teleconsultations are and how it addressed our immediate concern. The visit at the clinic was a pleasant experience. Doc Paul is very good with kids and was very detailed in explaining. Clinic is spacious, clean, and homey.

My 5 year old boy became Dr Raisa’s patient on a emergency dental dentist visit..She had to extract his tooth the same day, as it was completely infected and he was in deep pain..You don’t expect a 5 year old boy to be cooperative, however Dr Raisa and her staff were so calm, composed and professional. They made sure to educate us about the current and future procedures with Do’s & Don’ts..The Dentist ( Dr Raisa) is so professional and friendly.. One of the best in the town..

If you have HMO, DO NOT GO there. They will treat you differently. So i decided to go to Affinity Dental Clinic and paid only 12k to cure my toothache. Problem solved after 2 hours. iSmile can't make me smile and doesn't even deserve any 1/2 star from me.

My entire experience here was a huge mistake from start to finish. I asked for an appointment at 1pm, but the receptionist, Pham, texted me that I was confirmed for 2:30pm.

On the day itself, she texted me if I was on my way since the doctor is already waiting for my 1pm appointment. I told her that she texted me that it was 2:30pm and not 1pm. She told me that she made a mistake, but she already informed the dentist and that they’ll wait for me at 2:30pm. When I arrived, I waited for another hour and a half to be treated.

I was there for a simple prophylaxis/teeth cleaning but they offered Ultralight treatment which was designed to detect oral cancer, then proceeded with teeth cleaning and then fluoride application, which were all under my Intellicare according to the dentist, Dr. Javi Benedicto, who was assigned to me.

After they finished the treatment, Pham the receptionist told me that only the Ultralight and the prophylaxis was under my Intellicare and that I have to pay an extra Php1,000 for the fluoride application. I told them that no one told me that I would be charged 1,000 for that. The dentist even told me that everything was covered. She told me that he was a new dentist so maybe that’s why. I asked if the fee can be waived and just be charged to my Intellicare since I wasn’t informed prior. She agreed and told me ‘gawan ko na lang po ng paraan’ so I left.

A few min after when I was already a few blocks away from the clinic, another one of the receptionist called me and denied everything including the doctor telling me that all the treatments are shouldered by my HMO. Just to get it over and done with, I went back and paid for it. I told the receptionist that they should tell their clients what is being done to them and ask for their consent if they’re okay to pay for it or not, because they have every right to choose if they want to pay for any type of treatment.

What they did was downright deceiving. I don’t mind paying for anything as long as I agreed to it. I felt like I was scammed because they put something on me then just told me after, ‘By the way, you have to pay 1,000 for that’.
Scammers. Stay away from this clinic.

Bad EXPERIENCE. Never coming back.

I came here for a Oral Prophylaxis appointment covered by HMO.

Started with consultation, then proceed with dental cleaning.

I opted-out the 'Fluoride' since it was NOT part of HMO, and wanted to oral cleaning, maybe on the next session.

Doctor walked out, mention about I am not being serious on my oral hygiene, let the 'Hygienist' (not sure if licensed to perform the procedure) do the work.

Kept talking about getting paid P50 when HMO Coverage. (WHY GET ACCREDITED IN THE 1ST PLACE - I'd suggest talk to the Health Organization)
