The scheduling at the dental office is quite disorganized. It would be appreciated if the dental assistant could inform clients in advance, preferably a day or at least a few hours before their scheduled time, when there are no doctors available. It seems that the assistant spends a significant amount of time on her phone or watching TV, without considering that clients have set aside time for their scheduled appointments. Unfortunately, there have been instances where the doctors are on emergency leave without us clients being informed, leading to last-minute cancellations leading to waste of time, money and leave from our respective jobs. If this continues on this place will keep losing its clients.

On a positive note, the dental doctor is friendly. However, there is dissatisfaction with the quality of the dentures provided, as they have already cracked within less than a year.
