To those hu planned to buy condos in megaworld pls don’t buy! They are very irresponsible of ur concerns! Everything was very commercialized! What ur paying is not worth it!! We regret why we bought a unit on this developer!!!

Megaworld is very good in deleting bad reviews or comments about them to cover up their dirty secrets like not complying with laws such as the Maceda law which is about giving at least 50% refund to installment buyers whose contracts got cancelled by that company or by the buyers/investors. Because of their greed, they love to forfeit payments of buyers. They are also famous for years of delay in the turnover of units and in giving title. If there is a complaint about ceiling leak in a condo in Philippines, most likely it is a property of Megaworld. There are so many issues with that company but they are good in keeping journalists mouth shut. They were also able to unpublish a facebook page which is all about issues of their clients.
