Yung babae na long hair na maputi na duty today, mas may attitude pa sa customers at laging may additional dryer kapag sa kanya. Yung una pa lang na sumenyas ito parang boss eh sa pagpila. Owner ba siya? Kung magaasta parang owner eh. Mas mabuti pa si kuya at ateng morena, mabait. Siya, bastos. Yung tone nya parang siya lagi masusunod at walang manners sa customers.

Never going back to this place again. I am very considerate and I will not confront anyone unless i have strong reason to.

This has been a recurring event. ALL OF THE STAFFS ARE RUDE.

I was trying to tell the staff that the machine is not working properly. I bought 2 packs of detergent and she warned me about the machine bubbling issues. So I only used 1 and a half. It’s been 8 minutes out of 32 minutes wash cycle and it is still not bubbling. I asked if her if we can transfer it to another machine that works and she just laughed at me and continued to gossip with another customer like I am nothing.

I have been a regular customer since I moved in at Grace and the machine worked thrice. The staff rudeness is more consistent than the machines.

The guy one time talked over me offering a bunch of services I don’t want. I came here to just wash my clothes and go home.

They are only respectful to FOREIGNERS and people who clearly flaunt their expensive bags. They are discriminatory and hard to talk with. After I visibly showed my clear annoyance, she started softening her voice to the other people inside.

That is it. I MA NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE. At such an expensive price, the staffs should at least be nice. I don’t need you to smile. I just need you to take my money, give a good service, and listen to my complaints if there are any.

RUDE. AT PALAGI SILANG WALANG BARYA. OMG. 216 pesos. 300 pesos ang iababayad ko, nanghihingi ng exact amount. The service and the place is just pure hell.
