* no threadmill - gym not that much for cardio..
* weights are enough for all your muscles..
you just have to have your program and make use of what's in the area,
* do your own research for your programs before entering, no trainor whatsoever - only the people around the gym - willing to tell you what to do with specific equipment in case you don't know how to use it - but of course it's not enough for you to be informed with all the things you need for such program you intend to pursue
* no aircon..hot specially during the day - added effects for you to sweat and burn your fats without doing anything yet..
* currently open 7am to 11pm - you don't have any excuse not to go and hit the gym - even for once in a while
* price is cheap - if you pay monthly, divided daily and you get php20 each session..per session and the price is twice
* like i said, its hot in there, so bring a lot of water with you so you don't dehydrate and leave early
* no lockers so don't bring a lot of stuff with you
* no shower so don't expect such
* no air fresheners so expect the fragrance inside the area

Not as described, do not go to this gym. The gym instructor is not reliable. Will ask for money and will give you assistance on your first day then won't help you anymore on the succeeding days. Not a good place to spend your precious money.
