BDO Taguig - Vista Mall Branch

I came at around 10:30 and was done in 10 mins or less. I love the services, the accountant was very nice and accomodating. Fully air conditioned and the guards are very accomodating and helpful as well. There was no queue and no lines. There was around 4-6 counters working. 10/10 One of the best banking experiences ive ever had. My tip is to be as early as possible and just be kind to them so they'll be kind to you.

Exceptional service!!! Everytime I visit this branch, they have done a bang-up job! And let me take my hat off to Ms Karla for her excellent assistance. Thank you for the extra mile and quick counter. Many thanks for finding ways to help. Kudos again to Ms Karla, and the rest of the management. Also, the security guards are courteous, organized and helpful. Blessings!

A bit slow service, but the staff are friendly.

Has ATMs outside the branch as well.

Waiting area is ok.

It's outside the mall, towards the side.
There are 3 ATMs there and all were working at the time of visit.

Long queue, slow service, staff keeps on chatting, they won't call queue numbers, I had to asked one teller, if when they would call the next queue number because waiting time is already 1 hr.

WARNING! This BDO branch is really one of the worst.

NOT A SINGLE TRANSACTION CALLED. Numbering system was not moving at all for 1hr and 45mins. Yet all tellers are somewhat busy talking about their daily lives. Manager cant control the tellers or just does not care.

Very very poor customer service. Suggest not to open acct in this branch. The line is always very long cos staff keeps on chatting and works very slow. No sense of urgency even the manager. Wasted 2 hrs of my time in this branch

Long queue! Slow service! Worst BDO branch!!!!!!!

Inconvenient and inconsiderate staff. The guards kicked me and 10 other people 2 hours ahead of their actual closing time because guards told us they have to close at 3pm even though it was only 1pm. Happened twice now.

Management should hire enough staff to accommodate all your customers or none at all and save us the hassle.
