The units are nice, furnished condo-style.

Place is so noisy, not good for people working at home or needs some peace of mind or sleep. you will hear people talking so loudly, tricycle and motors very loud, airplane passing by, dogs barking.

Toilet always leaking and sink never been fixed. stayed at the place for 3 months only. Kept following up to repair the toilet, slow service, in the end they never fixed it since we moved in and we moved out. obviously we left the place as is, no damage and all. Kept reminding them about my balance deposit money, we were the ones who even adjusted to get the cash, no consideration with tenants at all.

I found it unprofessional, expensive and unfair rate and services. i am disappointed and do not recommend this place unless they change their rate and manners.
