Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, an IHG Hotel

The hotel is a little dated but the room I stayed in was nice and new. The room had a bathtub which is always great. Everything was very clean and the service was super friendly. Breakfast was also great. I’d come back again for sure. Special thanks to the cleaning staff who made up my room (03/05, 1403), not only they cleaned the room but also organized my stuff 🥺

My family and I enjoyed our recent stay at Crowne Plaza. I was impressed by the outstanding service provided to us. From the moment we walked into the lobby, the Front Office staff (Matt, JR, Magi and Karlyn) went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and well attended to. Their attention to detail, genuine care for guests, and exceptional hospitality are commendable. Sidney's friendly and engaging demeanor made our time at the Club Lounge truly memorable. He was very attentive to our preferences and ensured that we had a delightful experience. Food during the Afternoon Tea, Cocktails, and Breakfast were good. It was even appreciated by a 10 year old kid.

I love the renovated look and how clean the room was but it's the guest service that stands out. I would definitely book another stay here!

Wonderful 5D4N stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the whole experience was amazing. Thanks to Magi for a generous suite upgrade and to Robbie for complimentary drinks. To all the room staff, including Pam and the cleaning crew, we really appreciate the warmth and hospitality, as well as keeping our room clean everyday. The location is also great and that it is directly attached to Robinsons Galleria. I will definitely come back and most likely recommend it to my peers doing vacation here in Metro Manila.

The rooms are some of the best I have experienced as far as size goes in Manila and the service is top notch. Late night Room service menu is one of the best I have seen. The ribs are fantastic.

I have always enjoyed my stays here

The room is spacious and clean. We get to have a separation of bedroom and a living room area. The location is great, just right in the middle of Ortigas. Also they have an access path going to Robinsons Galleria Mall which we really love. They also offer lounge where we ate a bunch of snacks and drink wine. The experience is great and we will definitely come back here.

We had a great time on our recent stay at Crowne Plaza Ortigas, the room was renovated, very clean facilities, me & my friends stayed in 2 connecting rooms. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The only this is the swimming pool needs to be heated, it was a bit cold when we stayed so we couldn’t use the pool, otherwise all OK.

Newly renovated rooms although it still "smells of construction". Water pressure varies in time... sometimes strong but no hot water then low pressure to a trickle and very hot. You have to call housekeeping to report and lo and behold there's water again.
Has a connecting hall to a robinson's mall which was renovated during the pandemic.
Staff very courteous from the guards, bellboy, housekeeping, waiters and waitresses, to the night manager.

Upon Arrival I was assisted by the guard and bell boy. Robbie helped me check in at the desk. My stay was very pleasant and they have a wonderful breakfast buffet. The rooms are very spacious and the executive lounge is also very nice. They have several restaurants and are connected to Robinsons Galleria Mall. It’s not that far to Taguig and Makati. They also have an excellent laundry service.

Compared to our previous staycations, I can say that it is one of the best hotels we chose. The service is excellent and the rooms are clean and great. I do also commend the service from the desk althroughout our stay. Highly recommended!!👍👍👍

My family and I stayed at this hotel during the Christmas holidays, and I really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

One experience that I absolutely loved was when we dined at Xin Tian Di. There was a particular waiter whose name was Jun, and he went out of his way in assisting me because I was allergic to eating seafood. He gave me dishes that were altered so that I can also eat and enjoy my food. I did not feel left out at all since he gave me plenty of different dishes to try out. All dishes were delightful, I hope I can taste their buchi again -- so so good!

Overall, I am very satisfied with everything, and I think people should come here often!

I was impressed with the room coz its huge! The housekeeper name PAT, gave me an exemptional service! I am totally impressed the way Pat cleaned my room! I'm really impressed with the front desk team who went above and beyond, Just to give me the room that I really want- by the way, front desk let me see other rooms and let me choose where I really like to stay. Before and after this hotel, I tried different IHG branded hotel but this is the hotel where I feel home away from home. That's why on my entire 5 weeks vacation, I stayed at Crown hotel for 3 weeks.

Dated as it may be, the refurbished rooms are lovely and clean. Robbie at front desk was truly professional to welcome me during check in including informing me of One Reward benefits. Housekeeper John manning the 18th floor was super friendly and thorough in his duties. Do try their dim sum at their Chinese restaurant. Hotel is annex to Robinsons Galleria shopping mall where ample of restaurans to choose from. Highly recommended for your stay in Manila.

Remarkable place. So clean. Great ambience. Very comfortable bed to sleep, watch movies, and much more... Every unit is so spacious. Staffs here from guard to housekeeping and everybody is so friendly. There are gym, spa, and swimming pool perfect for family. Great interior design. Location is good. There is an access to Robinsons Galleria and Holiday Inn. Will definitely return...

Top 3 things we enjoyed in our stay:
1) Our club lounge experience
Around 3PM is the Afternoon Tea, with light snacks, including their french macarons that went well with my black coffee.. Cocktails start at 6PM and I glad that we got a window seat, enjoying our wine & food with city lights view!

2) Room
Welcome biscuit and bottled water provided. I admire their eco-friendliness by using big dispensers for body essentials, instead of small containers..

3) Celebration complimentaries
They gave us a slice of cake and eclairs
Some minor could've done better..
- hope they'd renovate their elevators sooner (no sensor, so u have to hold it open)
- an upgrade to an espresso machine?

Nevertheless, we're grateful with their customer service, hospitality and generosity and we'll definitely stay again..

During our stay i got sick and got hospitalised. But listen! They literally did everything to make me feel good. The nurses on site gave us regular calls to ensure my comfort. They brought special made soup and fruits, extra water, and for most of the stay they brought breakfast to my room.
I felt like a princess!
If previously in my experience I felt like I out of 1000 guests that come and stay in hotel every day, then here I felt recognised and valued. Karlyn Bonnevice personally ensured our comfort!

My wife and I really enjoyed our 6 nights stay here. Location wise it's connected to Robinsons Galleria Ortigas mall so you're covered rain or shine. There's retail shops and plenty of foods. SM Megamall and Podium is also about 10 minutes walk away. Cozy spacious room, quiet with friendly and attentive housekeeping service. Their huge gym is managed by Anytime Fitness. There's also church services from Favor church and Jesus Our Lord church on weekends on level 3. All said, are you sure it's only a 4 star hotel? Deserving a 5, couldn't recommend it enough and will be back here on our next trip to Manila. Cheers!

Celebrated my birthday at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria and had a blast! The room is spacious, comfortable and aesthetically clean! Even the hallways smell fresh. Commendable service from the HK Team, and in room dining. Special thanks to Magi, Quennie, and Rob. They are naturally friendly and nice. Will surely celebrate other important events in this hotel.
