World Of Fun SM City San Lazaro

My recent experience at World of Fun in SM City San Lazaro was incredibly disappointing. Despite the promise of fun and entertainment, my visit was marred by several issues that significantly detracted from the overall enjoyment.

First and foremost, the condition of the arcade machines was appalling. Many of the games were out of order or malfunctioning, and the ones that did work were in poor condition. It was clear that the machines were not being properly maintained, which led to frustration and disappointment among patrons.

Furthermore, the cleanliness of the arcade was lacking. The floors were dirty, and there was a noticeable lack of upkeep throughout the facility. It was evident that hygiene and cleanliness were not a priority for the staff, which made for an unpleasant environment.

Additionally, the customer service at World of Fun was severely lacking. Staff members were unresponsive to customer inquiries and seemed indifferent to the issues plaguing the arcade. It was clear that there was a lack of concern for customer satisfaction, which further soured my experience.

Overall, my visit to World of Fun at SM City San Lazaro was far from enjoyable. The broken machines, lack of cleanliness, and poor customer service made for a disappointing outing. I hope that management takes steps to address these issues promptly to improve the overall quality of the arcade. One star, unfortunately.
