Just beside Lucky Chinatown Mall and the shopping haven for all your needs, 168 Mall, 999 Mall, 11/88 Mall and just a few steps away from street shopping at Divisoria. But after the busy walking and shopping, the hotel really just takes you to a different place that's very peaceful and clean.

This is honestly THE BEST LOCATION for a hotel to access Binondo/Divisoria. Hawker Street is literally outside the hotel. After about 5mins walk, at the back of the hotel, are divisoria mall 168 Shopping Mall 999 Shopping Mall. It is also less than 10 minutes walk to Ongpin where famous restaurants like Eng Bee Tin, Estero Fastfood etc. are. Also 10 minutes walk to Binondo church.

Hotel is very clean and looks expensive. The rooms are considerably spacious for the price range. For only 2⃣5⃣0⃣0⃣, the room has 2 single beds and a sofa. The hot water heater also works well. The room is well lighted and has a lot of storage spaces

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Not supe4 transactional at all, they would engage in light conversations and even joke around with us. They also go the extra mile when you ask for recommendations as they would even ask other staff or search about answers online

As a customer, I must say that Hotel luckychinatown hotel really impressed me. The genuine care and attention they showed to my parents during there stay were remarkable. Their staff went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable!! Shout to AUBREY!! She is amazing and incredibly helpful!

A very nice hotel, was actually surprised how nice it was for the price we paid. The room we had was not huge but a decent size and clean. Most of the furniture were fairly new and well-maintained, and the bathroom was clean. The air-conditioning also worked well. The lobby was large and had a bar. The restaurant looked good, even though we never tried the food. The staff were also very helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

The room is also spacious and has a minimalist design. Strong air conditioner. The food is great. Servers and staffs are kind, accommodating, and responsive. The location is good. It's just beside Lucky Chinatown Mall where you may take great pictures especially at night and buy nice street food.

needs a little improvement to international hotel standards, for breakfast, bathroom and room service, apart from that I think this hotel is very comfortable

If you want to visit Binondo for a celebration or a shopping spree at Divisoria, then this hotel is a great place for a quick respite from the hustle and bustle of downtown Manila.

Sometimes, you may need to do some adventure shopping or foodie trips, then having a convenient rest stop in between hauls is very comforting. You go out, do your buying, then haul everything back to the hotel, freshen up, and go out again.

The hotel is just that. It has your basic needs met in a clean and safe environment. Don't expect much from the restaurant or bar since there are more exciting options outside. The staff is helpful and courteous enough. The hotel has their own parking but quite tricky. It's the basement parking before the hotel side entrance, it's best to map it so you won't miss it lest you have to do some serious far u-turns.

Good location if you wanna stroll around Binondo area. Conveniently located besides a shopping mall.

The place was perfect It was more than what I expected the accommodation was so good from the start to finish very welcoming staff and also got some good food . It is a good place to rest and unwind cause it has a good view. For me I guess it's better to try and visit this place cause I'm sure you're gonna love it.

Great location since the hotel is literally part of the mall. Lots of food choices in and out of the hotel. Authentic Chinese food trip is just a short walk away. WiFi can be better. The hotel parking is quite small. However, the mall parking is a great backup.

Strategic location, it is in the middle of binondo and divisoria. Everyone in the hotel is polite, courteous and very helpful. Check-in and check-out is very easy and fast!

Room is comfortable, clean, cool and fragrant! There are toiletries, fridge, safe, and slippers. The only downside is you won't be able to enjoy hot water for 24 hours, looks like it is only available in the evening and early morning.

The whole hotel is peaceful and quiet. It is just beside the mall.

Overall, we enjoyed staying in this hotel!

We are very satisfied to the overall Hotel experience. Staffs from reception, housekeeping, and Cafe were all polite and nice.

The standard room is a bit small but not complaining since we just need it to sleep as most of the time we are roaming outside. The room comes with free vanity and dental kit, Shampoo and body bath dispenser (good job to HLC as this is a simple way to minimize their plastic waste), 2 towels, 2 small drinking water bottles (hope they replace it with refillable bottles or pitcher in every room to lessen plastics), coffee for two, Hair blower, water kettle, and fast wifi.

The common area like gym and sauna are clean as well as their lobbies.

We availed the room with complimentary plated breakfast for 2. The food are delicious naman. We ordered the filipino and american breakfast. If not included in the package, they are worth P350 each based on the menu they presented to us.

Location is ideal since the Binondo and other top places to visit are walking distance. If you are not familiar with the place, the entrance is along Reina Regente st. If you exited the mall near JCo, Just go straight ahead to see the entrance. We have a hard time finding the entrance though. hahaha

This new hotel will give you the perfect R&R that you need. Given that it just opened, you will not see a crowded lobby or elevators. They have a connecting bridge to the Lucky Chinatown Mall and they also host a small Chinatown Museum. The rooms and hallways feels and smells good. I was not able to take a picture of the room tho but I am assuring you that it is quite spacious and clean.

This place was beautiful. But it the rooms is expensive because the service is high quality. One of the better hotel to stay when you are in Manila
