I always visit this establishment as I love their menu and the staff are very accommodating.

I was hoping for the best delivery. Sadly, it was disappointing. Here's why.
Rating as follows:
Prices - 4⭐
Food - 2⭐ Soup looked lumpy and salty. Spaghetti not at par to the store's standard.
Delivery - 2⭐ Driver didn't specify recipient's name properly. It was a delivery to a hospital patient. And food came 3 hours after time of delivery. Hence, Driver must not have read instructions on the order receipt if he was given it

Payment Options - 5⭐ (Paid from overseas)
Timings - 4⭐ - just because I had to wait until the store opened to order.

Food ordered: Spaghetti with meat sauce regular (x2), Mushroom soup, 1L Coke regular

chicken is bland and undercooked. 215% markup on the canned drinks. slow service 😵‍💫

I spent more than 20 minutes waiting and when it arrives it was amazing the waffle was crisp the chicken was good but a small flying insect drop by I asked the staff to look for the fly she said nicely that she did not see it. However I felt uncomfortable because of health issues so I bill out and step away leaving my food and water.
