I'm absolutely furious with Tanay General Hospital! The doctors don't seem to care at all, and the wait times are ridiculously long, it's almost similar to a government institution. It's a complete waste of time, money, and the care you deserve. Avoid this hospital if you want any level of decent treatment! If I can only put zero rating on this awful hospital I'll definitely rate it zero or even negative.

To be fair, they have very attentive staff. It’s the Head Doctor who is also the owner that I can’t stand. He just doesn’t like following his schedule. I had to wait for him in the morning then the afternoon only to be told that he’s no longer reporting to work. This happened twice!!!

If you have other options, just go elsewhere please. If wala ka ng choice, get a request from TeleConsult and just do the test here.

The most terrible service I've ever known. You'll get a high bill with no proper medication. Look somewhere else and avoid this hospital.

BULOK ANG SERVICE. Papuntahin ka ER pero di ka kaagad aasikusahin haha masaklap pa, wala naman ginawa kundi nag payo lang HAHAHA pero babayaran mo pag tambay mo ER 😂😂😂

Absolutely the worst.
- Mali iaadvice ng family doc sayo, if susuggest ng doc na magantibiotics ka for 10 days, mag seek ka na ng 2nd advice
- Unorganized lalo na pag madaming tao. Di mo alam san ka pupunta or san ka pipila
- The labs staff are so unhelpful, incomplete info bibigay sayo. They'll say na bring your samples tomorrow, di sasabihin namay time pala sila na di available.

Ang mali ko I gave them a chance kahit nabasa ko ung 1 star reviews. Dapat talaga sa iba na lang ako nagpackeck up

KUNG MAGPABALIK AT MAG SCHED SILA, AKALA MO HINDI IMPORTANTE SA KAUSAP NILA ANG ORAS.
WALANG COORDINATION SA STAFF. KAPAG ABSENT YUNG ISA WALA ISANG MAGAWA KUNDI PABALIKIN KA KUNG KELAN AVAILABLE YUNG STAFF NA RESPONSIBLE SA RESULT.
NEVER ADVISABLE ITO SA EMERGENCY CASES, PERO SA NON-EMERGENCY DIN PALPAK SILA.
SIMPLENG PAGIMPRENTA NG RESULT NA NAKAPASKIL SA KANILA E AABUTIN LANG NG MAXIMUM 1 HOUR, AABUTIN NG ISANG BUWAN.
MADAMI PANG ARAW NA NASASAYANG SA PAGPAPABALIK AT PAGTUTURO AT PAGPAPASAPASAHAN NILA.

AFTER ALL THESE YEARS WALA NG PINAGBAGO ANG HOSPITAL NA ITO. KAAWA NA MGA LOKAL NA HINDI AFFORD YUNG MALAYO PERO BETTER NA SERBISYO.

0/10 Napaka layo, napaka tagal ng ambulance, hindi maganda ang hospital, at hindi na iligtas ang papa ko. Dahilan narin yun ng matagal na ambulance
pumunta lang kayo dito kung meron kayong sore throat napaka bulok dito

.Yung anak ko na diagnose na may Dengue! ..malaking question mark din po ang test for dengue...negative ang unang test ...after a few days nag patuloy lumabas Yung symptoms...nag test ulit positive na...Di ba dapat SA unang test plng mlalaman na...

Realtalk hindi resonable yung pag babayad sa ER upuan lang ginamit may charge na agad kaming 200pesos. Hindi naman pang ER eh kasi checkup lang sarado na daw yung pinag checheckupan. 350checkup fee pero 500 siningil gabi na daw kasi. Nag paskil pa kayo bwisit.

ANG MAHAL NG BAYAD BAGSAK SA SERVICE. NOT RECOMMENDED NA HOSPITAL.
