Fairmont Makati

Everything I would expect from hotel of this calibre. It’s one thing to be staying places on business it’s another thing for vacation.

The breakfast was great, I like being able to see the kitchen and staff. Looks clean and operates efficiently. Local food was very good with different fish. The Indian selection was superior in taste and quality to what I have experienced in India with the added benefit of hygienic standards being met.

The new generation of staff appeared genuinely happy to be at the hotel which speaks volumes about the hotel’s atmosphere.

Gym was good, plenty of space and decent equipment. I would have preferred to find a sauna and a plunge pool in addition to steam.

Club lounge was always very accommodating and has a great view.

Quite a good location, which is next to greenbelt where there are a lot of dining choices and shopping you can spend your time.

The room is spacious and clean. Love the hot shower as well. The bathtub is also very well maintained. Make you feel like you want to soak in the water every day.

Service was very good and fast as well. There was not much waiting time during my check-in and checkout was smooth as well.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly and approachable. The room is very clean and the furnitures are well kept up. Their breakfast buffet features an assortment of foods to select from and they have taho and Indian food! What an experience! Will unquestionably stay at this place once more if given a chance.

This hotel is nice, it’s very clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and bright. Staff is pretty helpful and welcoming, I like the breakfast spread as well. Overall a good and comfortable stay!

Front desk staff were superb. Room was pristine with all desired amenities, notably the luxurious Le Labo toiletries. Only gripe: shower could benefit from separate ventilation. Otherwise, a fantastic stay.

Great location to shop nearby. Service quick and helpful. Room was adequately maintained and comfortable. Was not able to use the facilities but family seemed to enjoy the workout room and pool for our brief 2 night stay. We frequented the restaurants in the Greenbelt like Manam, Pintox Tapas and cafes very walkable. We did have a plumbing issue with the tub which was expediently taken care of, otherwise a pleasant stay.

Fantastic loation right next to greenbelt shopping malls. It was my first time in Manila and I wanted to stay somewhere safe. The area felt extremely safe and I had no issues walking around the area. The spa was also clean and reasonably priced with private rooms catering for couples. The rooftop bar is beautiful in the evenings.

„A very luxurious hotel”
The moment you enter the lobby you get engulfed by the luxurious atmosphere and a nice scent in the air. The staff was always friendly and helpful and very professional. I had 3 massages at the spa and I enjoyed the rituals woth foot wash, massage and tea afterwards. The therapists were very skilled and professional. I liked the room even though I missed some more decor on the white walls. It felt a bit empfty. Unfortunately, there was a more or less co stant bad smell in the air in the room. I complained but no source could be found. In the hallway on the same floor the smell was also a bit unpleasant but in the room even more. I could never get it out if my nose or accustom to it.

Location is absolutely perfect for anyone tonspend a couple of nights at the downtown. The swimming pool and spa are very good. However, try not to coordinate transportation through the hotel but book online for your trips, especially to the airport

Excellent hotel! Service is first rate. Breakfast buffet was the best I ever have seen with full spread of everything from Crepes to smoothies and even local dishes and exotic fruits. Like to go to the gym? This gym has the best I have ever seen in a hotel and is equipped with any type of equipment you would need. Like to swim? The pool has a lap area that seems to be 25m as well as lounging areas. Rooms? Can't get more comfortable! They even have rain showers! The spa includes free access for the steam room and hot tub. You can't go wrong booking here!

Great stay as always
The only negative during this very hot weather period, the air humidity in the rooms was too much also everything smelled like "nursing home" due to the extreme high air humidity

Otherwise, staff is fantastic from the bell boy to the crew at the lounge

Exceptional hotel and a wonderful experience. I must admit that I was upgraded that led partly to my review, but everything I experienced substantiated this hotel and Raffles for that matter as a top tier option in Makati. Top notch service level, beautiful and immaculate interior, room was quiet and comfy. When I am back in Makati, I will be staying here. Thank you.

Chill vibes, great food. I enjoyed dishes prepared by Chef. Rohit. The Indian food prepared by him was awesome! But it got repetitive for me as I dated there for 3 nights and everyday we had the same dish. Location of the property is good.

HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE BEST FAIRMONT I've ever stayed in! This is my third time coming back in this property this year! The service, above all the employees, they all go above and beyond. I can not thank everyone enough for all the kindness. Thank you Fairmont Makati! It will be my favourite spot whenever I'm in the area.

Lovely stay at the Fairmont Makati. The staff were very accommodating to every request and were welcoming from the start. Great location to nearby shopping centers and restaurants. Easy pickup for any Grab too!

We had a lovely time staying at Fairmont Hotel. The location is superb- walking distance to famous malls in Makati (e.g. Greenbelt,Glorietta,Landmark). Checking in and out is effecient and service is great as expected. The staff are attentive and helpful to your needs.

Spacious gym with decent equipment and a great pool as well. We didn’t try the pool (at night) as I was told it’s not heated so popular times will be from noon til 4pm.

I like that they emphasize sustainability similar to major hotel brands and the Le Labo toiletries provided is a nice touch.

One thing to note, the hotel is not equipped with SmartTv (was informed that all rooms are) so staying in and just watching your favourite shows on Netflix, Disney, HBO is
not possible. They have decent cable channels as an option.

Overall, I will recommend this hotel if you want to explore Makati and nearby cities in the metro.

Fairmont Hotel is one of the best hotels in Makati. It is very accessible, close to malls and dining. Rooms are great and spacious with a view of the city, though a little bit outdated. The breakfast buffet was superb as there are a lot of food choices and are very good tasting as well.

Delighted with my first stay at Fairmont! The welcoming ambiance and attentive staff made a lasting impression. Swift check-in, with special attention to my wife as I parked. As an Accorplus member, the process was seamless, and a delightful room upgrade awaited us, each featuring a relaxing bathtub. The breakfast was a highlight, truly superb amid the festive crowd. While we faced a hiccup with the key door, the management's thoughtful gesture of macaroons left us eagerly anticipating our next visit.

The staff is lovely, everyone is so welcoming and friendly, some will even remember your name. I very much enjoyed my stay
