Jinjiang Inn Makati

The rooms are cozy and clean. We were in a room near the streets but surprisingly,it wasn't noisy at all. Staff were super accommodating. Would stay here again as the location is great!

The best 3-star hotel my family and I have ever stayed at. Spacious room and bathroom - toiletries and slippers provided. Location is very convenient to malls (walking distance). Beds were comfortable and clean. Airconditioning and wifi worked great with no issues. Staff were all wonderful and always smiling, willing to assist. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast too - had no complaints with the food. The price is unbeatable for what you're paying for. Will be a returning visitor! Thanks for a great stay!

This hotel is an exceptionally clean hotel that is the best 3 star hotel to stay at for an affordable price for the Makati area. The Air Condtioning has a function that removes the humidity from the room which is great for someone who is bothered by a high humidity environment. The bed is extremely comfortable and is not to soft but not to firm as well. I've stayed at the hotel for over 10 days. The rooms are very quiet; so it makes it easy to get a full nights rest. The rooms are spacious; the bathroom as well. The room furnishings are not the newest but the cleanliness and comfort for the bed far outweighs any scratch that might appear in the room.
I am used to staying in 4 star hotels and this feels like a 4 star hotel for the aircon, bedding, friendliness of staff and the convenience of being walks to green belt malls and Glorietta malls. You can easily walk to the malls in 60 seconds and avoid getting soaked in rain. There is a laundry service 60 seconds walk as well that was cheap.

The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations and has a lot of variety.

My company booked the hotel for our mandatory quarantine for five days. I can say that I had a very good stay. The room is okay and nice. The staff are all okay.. the room air conditioner is in good condition and was cold

This 3-star business hotel delivers very well on what they want to deliver. Spacious clean rooms, bathroom with clothesline (!), and free wifi. I loved that there was an extra roll of tissue. The street was visible from our room but traffic noise was nearly inaudible.

They have a 24-hour Cafe which we got to try for breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised that they served bacon and there was enough variety. Some of the hotels I've been to, 4-star even did not have bacon on the buffet breakfast. There is also adequate parking for their guests.

The location is perfect as it is within walking distance to the main arteries of MBD. If you're in Makati for business and want a no-frills business hotel that provides sleeping comfort and meals, try Jinjiang.

The staff is excellent! Great hotel for mandatory quarantine. The hotel assisted in coordinating travel from the airport and in arranging for the swab test. The staff was polite and accommodating for requests, making a difficult time of isolation more bearable.

They have a nice room for us three with our infant. The staff were really nice and very accommodating especially to our baby’s needs. The food is good and no food has been served twice except for breakfast which you usually have egg. A very good price for great experience.

Amenities - standard and all in good working condition. Considering that its just along Arnaiz, our stay was relatively quiet.

Now we have a go-to hotel when we have to stay overnight near makati area.

The best business hotel for me! All staff are nice, accommodating and friendly. The room is very neat, toilet is spacious and clean, bed is so cozy, and breakfast is free. It is located in front of Greenbelt at Makati Central Business District. Parking is free for hotel guests.

Stayed there during the holiday weekend, the room was spacious. The hot shower was always working. The bed sheets were kept clean. The room comes with toiletries, and hair dryer. We were booked in the third floor away from the street view but no complaints there as it was always quiet at night. I personally did not like the pillows as it was a bit stiff than what I use at home but that's fine. For all of you who needs internet while travelling I would recommend this hotel as it has good wifi connection and has wired connection as well, they also have fiber connection that so far is the fastest I've ever had in any hotel at this price range.

My Grandma was quarantined in this hotel last January 2021. The staff were very helpful and always assist to the needs of my Grandma. They were quick to reply to my emails and immediately take actions on every request I made. Thank you so much for taking care of my Grandma, I appreciate it. All the best!

Had the chance to stay not once but twice in Jinjiang for my visit to the Philippines.

Both stays were great especially when it came to the staff.

I was looked after by all of them from the welcoming security guard, the cleaners, and most especially the smiling faces of the front desk people (Special mention to Ms. Honey and Ms. Pauleen - even though Ms Pauleen forgot my wake up call on my fly out day which isnt a big deal 🙂).

The location itself is nice especially its only a walking distance to the shopping centre of Greenbelt that interconnects to Glorietta, SM, Landmark, and Rustans. Even the former Makati Square isnt that far either.

The place is surrounded by countless restaurants and bars. You can also get stuff delivered to the hotel and you are rest assured to receive them.

All in all i would say that my stay in Jinjiang Inn is more than what i expected.

Will definitely stay there again in my next visit to Manila, Philippines.

The staff is great. Always greeted me with a smile and often times by name. The doorman always opens the door and will hail a taxi for you while you wait in the lobby. 24 hour Circle K within 30 feet of the front door has hot food and reasonable prices. Walk to Greenbelt in 2 minutes. Money changer 3 doors down. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice big and comfy room, nice service from all the staffs, near big malls. And there is a bible inside the room.
