The staff and employees are good and knowledgeable. They are welcoming starting from step 1. The personnel will scan and check all of your documents passport application form including the photocopied PSA (birth certificate), 2 government valid IDs, and other supporting identification and documents (NBI Clearance or Police Clearance) . Then you have to wait a little for your turn. While waiting you need to get ready for your original copies of documents. Until your name is called your original copies of documents will be verified. Then you will go to the processing area. Next is to go to the cashier for your electronic receipt or additional charge for your delivery fee. After that you will receive an OAS number later for encoding. Wait until your number is announced and you will be encoded for biometrics (photo, finger prints, signature and checking of personal info). And you can now wait for the tentative date of releasing your Passport. Don't forget to bring your electronic receipt with the stamped date of releasing.

Mine took only 1hr of all the processing. The promptness of the department is great. The facility is clean and well ventilated. There's a lot of seating capacity in front but you can wait standing.

All staffs are very friendly (guard, cashier, encoder, processor, janitor, information staff) and accomodating. Office is clean and well ventilated.

Processing is very fast but picture taking and biometrics is a bit slow (4 available encoding windows but only 2 is utilized during my visit). My appointment is 1pm but I start processing as early as 11:50AM, I finished at around 2:30PM. No noon break.

They have photocopy inside (P4.00/page) and optional LBC courier service (P150.00).

They also have Temporary Offsite Processing (for faster transactions).

It was relatively fast. I went online July 12 and was able to get an appointment for July 16. You can actually go there earlier than what is indicated on your schedule. Just follow the 3 steps and you're done 😄

Getting an appointment here is absolutely fast... Just stick to the exact time you have chosen. If your Schedule is in the afternoon yet, then do not go there early in the morning if you're not good at waiting for too long. it's not first come, first serve. The Guard will depend upon the time you have chosen.

30mins after ko isubmit ang docs ko kay manong guard, natawag ako. I think less than 20mins lang tinagal ko sa loob for my renewal, super bilis compare sa ibang branch na naexperience ko. Super friendly pa ng mga staff to accommodate mga tanong ko.

Good evening po, tanong lang po paano po kapag hindi mo napansin na mali yung huling number ng passport mo doon sa form. Nabayaran ko na po at sa 26 na ang schedule yung nga lang po ibes na 3 ang huli ehh 2 ang nailagay ano po ang gagawin?? salamat po ..
