I almost pick up other lab center upon reading review It's good I didn't change my mind Staffs are kind and attended to people's need even the technicians They will assist you at once Result was released after 24 hours THANKS HI-PRECISION GOD BLESS

very accessible very clean and systematic.. only minor issues on parking.

This branch is terribly slow. It took 1 hour just to verify a simple payment transaction. Worse, there are only 5 to 10 clients inside the clinic. Staff are chatting and not focused on the work they're doing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

The services by their medical professionals were okay but their services with regards to scheduling of tests, releasing of results is bad. It took me almost a week, almost every day going back to the clinic to take the tests and waiting for the result. They told me they’ll just send the result thru email but still, they didn’t send it to me on time.. I hope they’ll have standard time in their cut off and releasing. Customers shall not wait too long especially if they have to use their medical results for employment purposes. It would be unprofessional to have late submitted requirements.

Process is so slow, just for biometric capture!

Very slow service despite having 20 people to cater only and the Physical Exam has a cut off tf. I am from Calatagan Batangas and the Travel time is 1hr and 30mins it will be a hassle going back for the Physical Exam tf. I've been with different branches of Hi-Precision and all of the branches are fast and have a system to follow even though there are many people at that time. Lipa Branch this is the worst of them all short in staff not friendly also there is no guard and limited parking so slow you need to wait 1hr per laboratory tf.

The WORST lab testing center we’ve been to. Last week, I went to their branch in Calamba and it was perfect! And the one in Rosario was also good.
But this one, bad experience.

They are slow. Turtle slow.
And they seem not to like what they do.
They are not welcoming and not friendly unlike in their other branches.

Also, prices are high.
Before coming here, I asked their Calamba branch for a quote and they gave me an amount much cheaper than what we paid for here in Lipa. We should have gone back to Calamba branch.

And the worst part, very limited parking. We had to park really far and my mom who’s a PWD/senior citizen had to walk really far because the traffic is so bad it will take time if the driver gets the car and pick her up. In short, inconvenient.

Very poor customer service. All the staff I interact with seem disinterested in their job, acting as if I were just a disturbance.

Everything takes so long. We got there early to have our physical exam. When I wrote our names, there were four done already yet after an hour, blood extraction, etc., the fifth one was not even called yet. One should have brought a lot, as in a lot, of patience coming here!

been waiting for 2 1/2 hours for the doctor to arrive. mas matagal pa sa binyahe ko to get here. the service is incredibly slow. do better

Very unprofessional! No system in handling patients properly. It's giving undue stress.

It is in the list of Phil Airlines pcr testing center...and posted in their site that they have with result within 24hrs...I call them and they said they did not guarantee the 24hr result...so i go to other testing center....so hassle for ofws. I advised OFW not to go here.

Very poor and disappointing customer service. I do not recommend unless you dont have any other choice.

So unreliable and the test results are so inaccurate! Poor service too! Liar employees. They don’t give their customers correct information. I don’t recommend this diagnostic clinic. Really poor!

Poor quality of service for the price you are paying for.

Just go to another branch, other clinics. Staff is rude!! For Dr consultation sabi eh Cash lang, yung isang staff sabi pwede raw GCash pambayad, yung isa nandun binawi sabi hindi daw pwede.. mukhang hindi sila in sync at nag uusap ng payment policies. This is confusing because there is sign that shows they accept Gcash, BDO pay and many more!. . To be fair Hi-Precision is still ok from my experience with other branches (BF-Pque, Rockwell) just not this Lipa branch… anyway sorry I won’t be coming back here again. Poor service 👎👎

Tama nga un reviews, panget ang service. S dami ko npuntahan hi precision kau ang my pinakamaaga mg cut off. Sn iconsider un patient next time lalo n un mga buntis, sayang effort n pgpunta n brach, pls indicate s site nyo watym ang cut off nu, hindi lang basta closing time ang ilagay nyo
