Their communication during the process was consistent and professional and the finishing touch was something I’d never seen before - a close up professional video of the ring I had purchased. It was clear that the craftsmanship of their goldsmiths was second to none. Collection of the ring was highlighted by beautiful packaging, a service warranty, a caring for your ring advisory booklet and a certificate of authenticity.
