I inquired through their website and Charisse immediately reached out and helped us out with everything. She made everything easier for us without even going to the branch. She helped us get the locker we wanted at an earlier time since it wasn't available at first.

Sherwin and Julia, the employees stationed at the Edsa Bangkal branch, were extremely helpful in helping us load our stuff to our locker and teaching us how to get in and out of the facility on our own. They also explained in detail everything in the contract. I highly recommend their services! I'm glad I decided to rent with them.

Note: The facility is equipped with fans, carts, and even step stools available for use. We didn't have to bring any of those anymore.

I got a storage space here on their first day opening. Despite being pretty busy with opening-day activities they were very helpful and accommodating. The security measures seem pretty good and access is easy. So far they have been great.
