I will never purchase from Urban Athletics again! Worst customer service.

Purchased an item on sale via the website and paid in advance.

After a week of waiting and countless phone calls (lines are busy or not being answered), I messaged their facebook page. The reply I got was “Upon checking the item you ordered is damaged.” No apology or solution.

Checked their google reviews. Apparently, the “damaged excuse” was being used by them all the time!

They said instruction will be sent via email. Replied to their email but after several days again no reply. I followed up via facebook they insisted they replied and that refund details will be given via email.

Finally got the email reply. And you know what it says? It will take 21-30 business days to get the refund! You should have told me that during our message exchange.

I ordered and paid an item last Nov. 16, 2018 on their online store however as of today Dec. 1, 2018 I haven’t received my order. They have a very poor customer service, in fact I made so many follow ups to their customer service, most of my email were never answered. I also keep on calling their telephone number, no one is answering. The only thing they said to me is call their courier to follow my order which so rude for a customer to call a courier in behalf of the seller. I think they have the worst online store even though they are offering so many sale. Worst online store and customer service!!!
