We are satisfied with the overall experience with Loc&Stor Urban Makati. The building is clean and well-secured. The staff-members are courteous and accommodating. Since we do not have enough storage space in the office, we searched for a safe and secure alternative, and Loc&Stor provided the perfect solution.

First, the customer service of this branch is superior. The transparency of their fees and contracts reassures me of their best business practices. Their admin, security, and maintenance staff are all so very friendly, helpful, and polite.
This location is also superb for me since it is only about 5 minutes away from my condo. I can visit my stored things anytime, 24/7 without any hassle.
Finally, I love the small actions that show how much the company values its customers. From the free coffee and candies, to their regular email reminders and promotion annoncements, and their in-store holiday decorations and promotions, I love the caring, family atmosphere of this very modern storage facility.

It works perfectly. The staff is super nice and helpful. What more can you ask? The new boxes do not require you to bring your own padlocks. But you should ask them anyway.
I would definitely use this facility again in the future.

Everyone in the sales office of Loc&Stor was pleasant, helpful and convincing. I was surprised and very pleased to have discovered a solution to my storage problem of where to keep my delicate art collection. It was a friend who was walking by and saw the facility, and he told me about it. I signed up and paid right away on my first visit! And now, i can't help but rave about it to my friends.

Very accommodating staff . Ms Joan first picked up my call inquiry then i was met by Ms Degemma when i checked the place. Ms Degemma is a very lovely person, accommodating and superb customer service.
