For the price, you get a great room, nice staff, and walking distance to 4 major malls to boot (Glorietta, Landmark, SM, Greenbelt)
It's a dated hotel but newly renovated. The rooms are smaller than the usual 5star hotels but very clean and comfortable. Beds are great, aircon works great, the TVs big enough, a lot of room for clothes and other storage. They provide a table and chair if you're planning to work. All of the staff are really great. They would be the reason we'll be back.

Attended a 3-day planning session held at the hotel's ballroom. It has very cool air-conditioning which means it is clean and well-maintained. Food is great. Coffee is also good. Very friendly guards and food servers.

Very accomodating staffs! I love the place too as it is in the heart of Makati, accessible to places I'll be going. The rooms are also clean so it's comfortable for me.

The place is really exceptional and have the best service when it comes to their customers. It is a great escape for vacation with family, friends or relatives. The views from above the window is very refreshing even during the night.

I love this hotel. They have fast internet connection. Unlike the one just across the street, DT. Giving you only 6mbps and to avail 12mbps you need to pay 1k for 24 hrs?! Yaks! Hahaha

We have been going back to this hotel for the past three years because of its cozy accommodation, friendly and efficient staff, and it is a walkaway from malls, MRT station and EDSA, and yet its location is quiet ideal because the hotel seems quiet despite its proximity to these public places. The hotel room is quiet nice. The sheets are perfect. They can improve on their breakfast buffet, but overall, I do recommend this hotel.

Crown Regency Makati is always my family's first stop everytime we go to Manila. Its location is perfect... so near to the places I want to go like the Ayala Museum, Greenbelt, Glorietta. Although my flight from Cebu got delayed, the front desk staff allowed my family to check in without my presence. I just sent a pictute of my ID via messenger to my sister to show to the front desk during check in for my reservation. My folks were all settled in their rooms when I arrived.

Been staying here everytime we go to Manila since it is very convenient in terms of walking distance to all the premium malls. Comfortable stay with friendly staffs. Highly recommended.
