Pleasant first experience with this Branch. From reception, to change room assistant, to the therapist - everyone shown hospitality and great service despite booking on the last batch prior to closing.

Massage was good and relaxing, ate therapist (forgot the name) made sure I enjoyed my time here. Ginger tea is also good as usual.

The only downside was the steam room under maintenance Sept 2023

A nice place with great ambience for having a massage after a week long stressful work in BGC. Centrally located in Bonifacio High Street. Within the vicinity of great coffee and food options.

Try too book their Villa with sauna and jacuzzi with your special someone for a more quiet and relaxing experience.

The place is really great!

Went here for a couples massage. Very clean and professional. What you'd expect from a high end spa. Only complaints are that the locker room attendants were literally next to me as I was changing, and at first they put me in a room by myself before realizing that I was supposed to be in a room with my wife. I'd go again when I'm back in the Philippines.

Nice scent upon entering the premises, good interiors, accommodating staff (although unfortunately there's really nothing much they can do for walk-in guests without prior online registration on a full day).
Robe, slippers, locker room are provided while taking a hot shower, and the massage service is worth it. Was brought to a room on the second floor, and some parts were open-air. They have ready umbrellas for guests who need to pass through uncovered areas.

An incredible massage. I carry my stress in my shoulders and back, and after the massage I feel so much better. I went with 90 minutes of a combination massage, and have no regrets. A great way to finish your work week while in Manila.

My go-to for monthly pampering. Love their Hilot, Mind & Body Flow (when i have headaches) and Coffee Scrub. The manicure and pedicure is also good - i get mine here always. Clean and cozy :)

Highly recommended to customers who needs complete relaxation. The villas are clean and service is excellent. Items left behind are safely kept and returned in good condition. Thanks to friendly and caring staff.

Nice place. I have had great experiences there. 1 day I heard the traffic and music. But I have gone several times and no complains and I am planning to go again. The girls are very nice.

Hands down the best spa in the country. The massage therapists are professional anf very knowledgeable.

If possible, try the villa and get your own private jacuzzi.

Place wasn’t bad for facials, they didn’t speak good English though

A bit pricey but you get what you're paying for. I've been to different branches and in all instances, I left satisfied.
